At present, most experts believe that soil microbial activity is one of the reasons for the formation of soil humus, many studies have shown that,Adding fungi, actinomycetes and bacteria to the soil are involved in the formation of humus. In recent years, many experts have done some research on the effects of soil microbes on humus composition and structure, because of the shortcomings of albic soil with weak humus layer, poor water permeability, poor nutrition, sticky layer texture, stagnant water, low water and so on,the use of microorganisms to improve the white soil has become the starting point of this study. The effect of humus transformation has not been reported. How does microorganism affect the transformation of humus in albic soil?In this paper, the effects of different microbial biomass and humus were studied under short-term culture conditions. The albic soil was used as the material, the mixed soil was used to screen the algae soil, and the dominant strains are Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus nige and Streptomyces albus which were fermented. The inoculation quantity of 1%,3%,5% of microbial cells was set up.Under the same conditions, the treated microbial cells were cultured with the cultured albic soil. The effects of microbial cells on the transformation of water-soluble humus in albic soil were investigated. This study will provid the theoretical basis for microbial mechanism of soil humus transformation and soil organic fertilization. The results show that:(1)When the microbial cells were added, the contents of organic matter in the soil increased, and the effect of bacteria and fungi was the most obvious. The treatment of adding 1% Bacillus subtilis was firstly decreases and then increases, changes little at 60 days and fluctuating at 3% ~ 3.2%.The addition of 3% Bacillus subtilis cells began to increase the organic matter content at the beginning of the training. While the addition of 5% Bacillus subtilis bacteria, organic matter content began to increase at the beginning of the training and not obvious in 90~ 120 days,3.3% to 3.4%.1% Aspergillus niger fungi treatment fluctuations in the most gentle, firstly decreases and then increases, changes little at 60 days and fluctuations in 3.2% to 3.4%.The content of organic matter increased with the addition of 3% Aspergillus niger, and began to increase at 30 days, and decreased at 60 days. The change was not obvious at 90 d ~ 120 days, which was at about 3.5%.The addition of 5% fungal cells began to increase the organic matter content at the beginning of the training.Actinomycetes are not significant compared to bacteria and fungi, but it also raises the level of organic matter.(2)During the whole culture, the relationship between bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was closely related to WSS,the amount of WSS in soil was decreased by fungi and actinomycetes, but Bacillus subtilis can improve the amount of WSS in soil.Among them, the "net loss" of WSS treated with Aspergillus niger was 0.01?0.04?0.06g/kg;the net loss of WSS treated with Streptomyces aureus was 0.02?0.04?0.07g/kg;the increasing of WSS treated with Bacillus subtilis was 0.32?0.23?0.27g/kg.(3)The HE content in the soil of the albic soil under the three treatments of different types of microorganisms are all not changing for the first 30 days, and then it increases,as the proportion of the bacteria increases, the increased of HE are also becoming more and more obvious. But the total content of HE will increase in any treatment condition.Indicating that microbes promote the formation of humus in albic soil.(4)Overall,the addition of microbial cells increased HA and FA levels, contributing to the synthesis of HA and FA.The relative content of HA was the highest in the treatment of 1% Bacillus subtilis, which was 0.328%,and the relative content of FA was the highest at 0.28%.While the relative content of HA decreased at the end of culture,FA increased slightly;the relative content of HA decreased by 0.32% in 1% Aspergillus niger, and the relative content of FA was the highest at 0.302% content was 1%;The relative content of FA was the highest at 0.128% at 1% and 5% treatment by Streptomyces albicans.(5)The variation in the number of microbes treated by different microbiota is the same, both are slowly increasing in 30 days and the increase is small, the maximum is about 30 days, and then decreased gradually.
