This experiment, applying Pyrus pyrifolia Nak cv. Jinhua as experimental matter, using the method of fruit economical character investigation, leaf nutrition analysis,fruit nutrition analysis and soil nutrition diagnosis, Has determined the fruit economical character,the leaf and the fruit nutrition element content and the orchard soil nutrient content. According to the results of the determination, judging the nutrition situation of the tree body, analyzing the relations between various nutritive elements content and the output,the correlation among various nutritive elements,the order of the nutrient requirement to tree body, the balance relations and proportion among various nutritive elements, proposing the optimum of the nutrition element contents in leaf and the orchard soil preliminarily, the result showed:1. Soluble solid content in fruits is low, some fruits had rough skin and fruit shape, effecting the visual quality of the Pyrus pyrifolia Nak cv. Jinhua fruits.2. The variation range of the content of Zn in leaves is highest, the coefficient of variation is 28. 77%, the variation range of the content of P is only bright of N, the content of the various nutrient elements else is similar in different place, it offers a feasibility to the formulation and application of the standard value of the nutrient elements in Pyrus pyrifolia Nak cv.Jinhua leaves. The variation range of the content of various nutrient elements in fruits is higher, except the variation coefficient of the content of K is higher than 10, the various nutrient elements else are lower than 10, it shows that the various nutrient elements in fruits are effected more easily by environment, so it difficulty to formulate the standard vale of the nutriment elements in fruits.
