Applying Jinhua Pear (Pyrus Brestchneideri Rehd. cv. Jinhua) as thetesting materials, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectromet and GraphiteFurnace Atomic Absorption Spectromet were used for testing four kinds ofheavy metal element contents of Cu, Cd, Cr, Pb in the orchard soil andthe fruit of Jinhua Pear. The contents of the four heavy metals werecompared with the standard of these metals in soil for green fruitproduction and green food for pear. The difference of content of Cu, Cd,Cr, Pb in the orchard soil and the fruit were been analysized. This paperalso discussed the relevance among various heavy metals element contentsin the orchard soil and between the soil' sand fruit' s content. Primaryjudgement revealed that the contents of Jinhua Pear at Hanyuan countymeasured up the Level A green fruit production. The results provided atheoretical foundation for constitute the regulation of green fruitproduction, the results of the test showed that:1,The most suitable soil pH was 6.0~7.5 for the growth of peartrees. The range of variation of orchard soil pH was great. The pH valuesof 3 different output orchard in Jiuxiang Damu village were lower than6.0. The low output orchard soil pHwas even lower than 5.4 and the mediumoutput orchard' s soil pH was over the most suitable value.2,The tendency of heavy metals content of Cu,Cd,Cr in the orchardsoil was high output orchard>medium output orchard>low outputorchard, but on the contrary, the tendency of Pb content was low outputorchard>medium output orchard>high output orchard. The tendency ofcontent of Cu in fruit was high output orchard>medium output orchard>low output orchard .On the contrary, the tendency of the contents forCd,Cr were medium output orchard>high output orchard>low outputorchard.3,The relevant analysis indicated that there was no obvious relevance between the soil' s and the fruit' s heavy metal element contents.Although there existed certain resistanced and enhance effect among theheavy metal elements in the soil, yet the effect was not so obvious.4,The heavy metals content of Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb in 21 places of collectingsample orchard soil measured up the standard of Green food—Technicalconditions for environmental of area. The judgement of environment qualityin orchard soil showed that the environment quality of sample orchardmeasured up the standard of Green food—Technical conditions forenvironmental of area, and it was suitable for developing the green fruitproduct.5,The heavy metal contents of Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb in 21 places of collectingsample orchard fruit was low than the standard of Level A green fruitproduction. But, the contents of Cd in fruit of two sample locations werehigher than the industry standard by 165.67%and 160.33%,the others allmeasured up the standard. The judgement of edible security in fruit ofJinhua pear shored that the content of Cuand Cr measured up the standardof limitation value for pollutant of Creen food-fresh pears. Theirquality arrived to the first product standard, But the content of Cddidn't totally arrive to the first product standard.
