Study On Effective Components And Mark Components Of Herba Cynomorii

In order to supply the basis for the best collecting-time and the quality standards for Herba Cynomorii, the dynamic trends of content of effective constituents that include tannin, catechin, ursolic acid and polysaccharide of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. are studied in different growth stages and different areas in this paper. The results are as follows:1) The change trends of tannin, catechin and polysaccharide content of the wild and cultivated Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. in different growth stages and different areas are same and regular. Tannin, catechin and polysaccharides content of Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr. is highest in the periods of the prophase of the unearthed and the unearthed, the results are matched with the time of collecting selected by the folks. The ursolic acid content of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. changes irregularly. Ursolic acid is one of effective components and mark components used to evaluate the quality of Herba Cynomorii.
