Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis With Huangqi Ruangan Decoction

And observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Soft Liver decoction, in order to verify its effectiveness and practicality.MethodsA prospective randomized controlled study of 60 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients,in which the control group were given Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet, experimental group received Huangqi Soft Liver decoction.The treatment is six months.Respectively,before treatment,after treatment of 3 months and 6 months, follow-up of 6 months, we observed and recorded their signs and symptoms,liver function, blood coagulation, blood routine examination, liver fibrosis, abdominal B ultrasound index and related security, and finally use SPSS20.0 statistical software for data analysis in order to evaluate its effectiveness.ResultsFor signs and symptoms:In addition to the sign of the dull is equivalence, other areas are showing that decoction effect is more pronounced than tablet s. Especially for bloating, loss of appetite, lower extremity edema, improve loose stool, the number of nocturia after treatment of 3 months,6 months and follow-up of 6 months decoction effect is better than tablet’s. For belching and nausea, only after 3 months of treatment, the effect is more pronounced for decoction. For body and eye yellow, mouth bitter and dry, spider and lassitude, after treatment of 3 months and 6 months, decoction effect is better than tablet’s. For the improvement of liver palms, hypochondriac pain and tinnitus, after treatment of 6 months and 6 months follow-up decoction effect is more pronounced. For two eyes dry, in the late decoction effect is more remarkable.Impact on liver function:There is no significant improvement for GGT of both groups. For ALT, decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 3 months,6 months and followed up for 6 months. For AST, decoction effect is more pronounced after 6 months of treatment and follow-up of 6 months. For ALB and GLB, both groups are equivalence. For ALP and TBIL, after treatment of 6 months and follow-up of 6 months decoction effect more pronounced. Impact on blood coagulation:There is no significant improvement for APTT of both groups. For PT, both groups are equivalence.Impact on blood routine examination:There is no significant improvement for WBC of both groups. For PLT, decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 3 months,6 months and follow-up of 6 months. For RBC and HGB, both groups are equivalence. Impact on fibrosis index:There is no significant improvement for PⅢP and IV-C of both groups. For HA, decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 6 months and follow-up of 6 months. For LN, decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 3 months,6 months and follow-up of 6 months. Impact on abdominal B ultrasound index:There is no significant improvement for right lobe oblique diameter, length spleen and splenic vein diameter of both groups. For portal vein diameter, the decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 3 months,6 months and follow-up of 6 months. For the thickness of spleen, decoction effect is more pronounced after treatment of 6 months and follow-up of 6 months. Statistics showed that both groups could improve ascites of liver cirrhosis.ConclusionHuangqi Soft Liver decoction for the treatment of liver cirrhosis is effective, safe and good.
