At present, the traditional Chinese medicine as a hormone therapy for the treatment of the disease has great advantages, having relatively wide research prospects. But at the moment, in the vast majority of the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Menopausal Syndrome evaluation, without life quality evaluation information, making it lack of objectivity and standards. My tutor professor k. wang, has many years of experience in the cl ini cal treatment of this disease. This research was of great significant to Menopausal Syndrome. Objective:Observe the curative effect of Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction of Menopausal Syndrome. Evaluate its effectiveness in eliminating clinical symptoms and improving the quality of survival, providing scientific basis for its clinical application. The contrast of overall effect:The total effectiveness of Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group was 96.67%, while it was 80.00%in Kunbao pills group. The effect of the Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group was better than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).2. The degree of illness:After treatment, Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group had 24 cases of mild,6 cases of moderate,0 cases of severe; Control group had 20 cases of mild,8 cases of moderate,2 cases of severe. Differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).3.Improved Kupperman score:Improved Kupperman score in Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group and Kunbao pills group after treatment of integral were significantly decline, the score in treatment group improved better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4. TCM syndrome score:TCM syndrome score of two groups after treatment were significantly lower, the score in Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group was superior to that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. A single TCM symptoms analysis:Treatment group in hong sweat out, insomnia, much dream, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, beind agitated depression and five upset hot changed significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).6.The MENQOL analysis:Comparing the grade between pretreatment and posttreatment, the grade in the domain of vasomotion, psycology, physiology and sex reduced after treatment by Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group and control group (P<0.05). Comparing the grade changes of pretreatment and posttreatment between Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group and control group, The effect of the Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction group was better than the control group in physiology domain (P<0.05).7. Security:Two groups of patients during the drug did not appear allergic reaction and other symptoms. The monitoring indicators were not seen obvious anomalies.Conclusions:1.The effect of Bushen Shugan Anshen Decoction was excellent and safe, which could be worth promoting in clinical use to the Menopausal Syndrome.
