Study On The Physical Characteristics Of TCM Patients With Cerebrovascular Disease

PurposeBy collecting clinical information in patients with cerebrovascular disease, physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cerebrovascular disease research, and the relevance of TCM constitution types and age, the incidence of the combined disease, vascular disease secondary examination results. To investigate the characteristics of physical types of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cerebrovascular disease, physical changes in the re lat ion ship between cerebrovascular disease and TCM constitution types, adjusted in order to achieve the purpose of affecting physical changes in disease prevention and treatment of disease.MethodsAcquisition in December 2013-December 2014 12 China-Japan Friendship Hospital,220 cases of patients with cerebrovascular diseases as the observation group, student volunteers Beijing University of Chinese Medicine 30 cases of healthy people as a control group, reference 2009 Chinese Medical Association "Chinese constitution classification of decision table "standard, by asking, assistance, and after filling way to explain since cases were physical classification, application SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the relationship between different types of physical and age, merge diagnosis and secondary examination results.Results1. Physical type of patients with cerebrovascular disease mainly biased constitution, the proportion of each constitution were biased qi deficiency type (37.3%), blood stasis type (36.4%), yang deficiency type (14.5%), yin deficiency type (14.5%), phlegm wetness type (10.5%), damp heat type type (1.8%), special intrinsic quality type (0.5%). Compared to the control group, patients with cerebrovascular disease was significantly elevated blood stasis type, gentleness type was significantly lower, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05).2.70 years or older patients with cerebrovascular disease were more easily judged as biased constitution than patients blow 70 years old, qi deficiency type, blood stasis type was significantly increased, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Among 18-59 year-old group and the 60-69 group,80 years and older group and 70-79 years of age group of patients, distribution of TCM constitution types was no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. Compared to a single diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease in patients with diabetes increased the proportion of yin deficiency type, qi deficiency type proportion of patients with coronary heart disease increased, with significant difference (P<0.05).4. Compared to patients with gentleness type, there is a statistically significant difference in terms of blood routine levels of yang deficiency type, qi deficiency type, blood stasis type and qi depression type cases, coagulation levels of yang deficiency type, yin deficiency type, qi deficiency, blood stasis and qi depression type cases, tumor marker levels of phlegm wetness type, Qi deficiency type, blood stasis type cases, thyroid function levels of yang deficiency type, yin deficiency type, qi deficiency type, blood stasis type cases (P <0.05). Liver function, renal function, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, HCY, UA levels have no significant correlation between TCM constitution types (P> 0.05).Conclusion1. TCM constitution types of cerebrovascular disease in patients with biased nature-based, Qi deficiency type largest proportion, followed by followed by blood stasis type, yang deficiency type, yin deficiency type, phlegm wetness type, damp heat type, and special intrinsic quality type. Blood stasis constitution is cerebrovascular disease risk factors, while gentleness type is a protective factor.2. With increasing age, qi deficiency type and blood stasis type proportion increased, while the proportion of gentleness reduced. Patients with coronary heart disease were more likely to be judged as Qi deficiency type, diabetes patients were more likely to be judged as yin deficiency type.3. TCM constitution types were correlated with blood routine, tumor markers, coagulation, thyroid function levels.
