Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Runing Sanjie Decoction In The Treatment Of Breast Hyperpasia

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of self-made RUNING SANJIE Decoction treating hyperplasia of liver depression and phlegm retention.Methods:1 All 72 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimentae control group,Each group of 36 people.all of them for liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type. The experimental group took RUNING SANJIE Decoction. Control use of anti milk powder capsules.Two groups of pations were taking a month.A month for a course of treatment A total of 2 courses of treatment.Observation and statistical effect.Results:1. After treatment,The experimental group was 97%,matched group was 28%,Treatment cerficate:treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Treatment group and control group had significant difference. (P<0.05)2.The clinical symptoms were compared before and after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups.Performance in pain,TCM syndrome,tumor size,etc. comparison between groups within and between groups,p are less than 0.01.The experimental group is better than the control group. RUNING SANJIE Decoction can improve pain,tumor size,texture,mass range,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and other clinical symptoms.Conclusion:Through this clinical observation can know that significant use of RUNING SANJIE Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type breast hyperplasia effect.In all aspects of the treatment group than the control group.The effective rate of RUNING SANJIE Decoction is 97%.Non toxic and adverse reactions.Deserve to be popula-rized in clinical.
