Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Transformation Of Medical Science And Technology Achievements In West China

Western China is rich in natural resources; it has broad prospects for development. But since the founding of new China, the strategy giving priority to the development Eastern China make the speed of economic development in Western China lower than the national average level. There is an obvious gap with the Eastern China, especially in the pharmaceutical industry which is closely related to human’s healthy. In1999, our country put forward the Western development strategy from the global perspective of the development. This is a major opportunity for the development of pharmaceutical industry in the Western China.Objective:this paper regards the Western development strategy as the background, in order to research the status and restriction factors of medical science achievements of Western China, then explore and construct a platform of medical science achievements transformation, service for the medical science and technology achievements in Western regions.Methods:this paper is based on literature collection, research practice and data analysis. Learns from foreign experience, and analysis the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in medicine focuses on Eastern China.Results:This paper analysis and research from the multi angle, we can see the achievements, financing, market, management, policies and other factors are both important factors to restrict the transformation of medical science achievements in Western China.Conclusion:The pharmaceutical industry is closely linked with our daily life; it is a special industry for people to keep healthy and rehabilitation care. For a long time, the development and transformation of the medicine scientific and technological achievements in Western China is influenced by many factors, the development is far behind the East China. In order to change this situation, realize the benign development of the transformation of medical science achievements in Western China, we must change idea, play the role of government, improve the system and mechanism and so on. At the same time, we should learn from the successful experience of transformation of scientific and technological achievement of foreign countries and Eastern China, build a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and create a good environment, to achieve the rapid development of science and technology achievements transformation.
