Objective:To research the efficacy and safety of Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen decoction in the treatment of Contraction of stable angina pectoris in elderly patients.At the same time to observe the change of ECG and TCM syndrome before and after treatment, and to explore the effect of Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen decoction on the improvement of symptom and patients’ quality of life.Methords:Randomized to divide60the stable angina pectoris Patients conformed to the diagnostic criteria in our hospital into treatment group30cases and control group30cases. There were no significant difference between the two groups in their age, gender, course of disease and complications etc,(P>0.05)and have a comparability.Both groups were given the basic treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group on this basis added Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen decoction for4weeks. Observed and recorded the changes of Symptoms an, signs and frequency of ECG and DCG.After the end of the observation of the primary disease,Primary disease, secondary herniation Points and Holter data for statistical analysis and comparison of changes in patients before and after treatment.Reasults:1.There had significant difference in the aspect of symptoms and TCM syndrome curative effect.The treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05);2.In the aspect of PVC,these two groups were both effective and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05);3.As to the decrease rate of nitroglycerin in two groups,they were both effective and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05);4.In the aspect of the ECG curative effect, two groups were both effective and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05);5. The quality of life of the two groups in angina stability,angina frequency,treatment satisfaction,disease perception and the five integral were valid and the treatment group were better than the control group (P <0.05);but on the somatic degree of physical limitation,these two groups had no significant differences before and after treatment (P>0.05);Conclusion:1. Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms and symptoms of angina, ventricular contraction in elderly patients who had a stable angina pectoris and PVC syndrome which were induced by the gas deficiency, Connection of phlegm Stasis syndrome;2.Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen Decoction can improve the stable angina pectoris patients’ST-T changes in ECG to some extent, and have a certain effect on improvement of myocardial ischemia.3.Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen Decoction can significantly reduce the number of PVC4.Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen Decoction can improve the quality of life in elderly patients who had a stable angoina pectoris and PVC syndrome which were induced by the gas deficiency, Cnnection of phlegm Stasis syndrome;5.Xin Jia Chai Hu San Shen Decoction is an effective prescription treatment of elderly patients who had a stable angina pectoris and PVC syndrome which were induced by the gas deficiency, Connection of phlegm Stasis syndrome and it is safe and reliable without any side effects.
