OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome differentiation of stable angina pectoris with addition and subtraction of Dan Shen Decoction formulation.METHODS:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:control group(3 0 cases)and treatment group(3 0 cases). The patients in the control group received routine basic treatment of western medicine for four weeks as a course of treatment observed under the study. The patients in the treatment group were given the adjusted Dan Shen decoction with addition and subtraction from original formulation,on top of regular western medicine treatment,in lukewarm preparation twice daily for four weeks as a course of treatment under observation. After four weeks of treatment, two groups of patients were observed to compare the syndromes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, compare the efficacy of angina pectoris, compare the efficacy of electrocardiogram and the change of the index of nitroglycerin before and after treatment. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.RESULT:1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups:The total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of two groups after treatment in both groups:The total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.Comparison of the ECG improvement after treatment in both groups:The total effective rate in the control group was 46.67%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 8 3.33%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate after treatment in both groups:The total effective rate in the control group was 53.33%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:1.Danshen decoction adjusted formulation according to syndrome differentiation has obvious clinical effects in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina.2.Danshen decoction adjusted formulation according to syndrome differentiation has no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina.
