Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B Liver And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome By The Liver And Spleen Combined With Entecavir

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of hepatosplenic method combined with entecavir on HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis b liver and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods: 60 cases of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis b with liver depression and spleen deficiency were selected,30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and 30 in control group.The treatment group received oral entecavir tablet,0.5mg,and 1 oral administration,while the liver was taken to cleanse liver and spleen,and the water was Fried300 ml,150ml each time,and the temperature was taken after 2 times.The control group was treated with entecavir tablet,0.5mg,and 1 oral dose per day for 24 weeks.The improvement of liver function,etiology index,antiviral response rate and clinical symptoms were observed before the use of drugs,to determine the clinical curative effect of the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis b liver and spleen deficiency.Results:(1)In terms of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine: 12 weeks after treatment,the treatment group effect of TCM syndrome score was17.40 + /-1.52,the control effect of TCM syndrome integral was 19.13 + /-1.31,both groups was decreased,the and the comparison between the two groups have significant differences,the treatment group is better than that of control group(p < 0.05);24 weeks after treatment,the treatment group effect of TCM syndrome score was 8.53 + /-1.83,the control effect of TCM syndrome score was 11.03 + /-2.04,the two groups was decreased,the and comparison between the two groups have significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group(p < 0.05).(2)Improvements in liver function: in the two groups after treatment of ALT,AST,TBIL was obviously improved,the in the lower ALT,AST,TBIL in comparing the two groups have significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group,treated at 24 weeks treatment group and control group after ALT often rate were 56.7% and 30.0%respectively,the two groups have significant differences,the treatment group is better than that of control group(p = 0.037).(3)HBe Ag transvaginal area: there were 30 cases of HBe Ag positive cases before treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and control group in HBeAgpositive number 18 patients and 22 cases respectively,overcast rate were 40.0% and 26.7%respectively,comparing the two groups(p = 0.016,the difference was statistically significant,suggests that the treatment group in HBeAg turn Yin is better than that in control group;In the treatment of 24 weeks,the positive number of HBeAg in the treatment group and the control group was 11 and 18 respectively,and the conversion rate was 63.3% and 40.0%respectively,and the two groups were compared with p=0.071,no statistical difference.(4)The response rate of the virus: at 24 weeks,the total response rate was 93.3%,and the control group was 80.0%,and the two groups were compared with p=0.049,which was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group.(5)Comparison of HBV DNA quantitative detection: in the 12 weeks after treatment,HBV DNA quantitative negative transfer rate was 30% in the treatment group,10% in the control group,and p=0.000 in the two groups,with significant difference(p<0.05).In the 24 weeks after treatment,the HBV DNA quantitative negative transfer rate was 70%,and the control group was 43.3%,and the two groups were compared with p=0.000,with significant difference(p<0.05).The results showed that the HBV DNA conversion rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of the liver and spleen combined with entecavir can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic hepatitis b with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and is better than the simple entecavir treatment.2.The hepatosplenic method has significant effect on improving and restoring liver function,and has the effect of improving and repairing liver injury.3.The liver spleen method that entecavir alone can to a certain extent,improve HBeAg e antigen positive chronic hepatitis b patients turn overcast rate and HBV DNA negative rate,inhibits HBV replication.
