Purpose:To observe cough and Removing sputum on mice by HuaTanZhiKe soup;to study the therapeutic effect and Adverse reactions On children patients incough belonged to TanShiYongFei,And to explore Mechanism of children patientsin cough.Material and method:On the experimental study:The effects of differentdose of HuaTanZhiKe soup, Two Chen pill and the blank group, to investigate thecough, Removing sputum on mice and mice expectorant effect of acute and long-termtoxicity.on the clinical study:Take a random method, divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group, the treatment group for HuaTanZhiKe soup group,control group of Two Chen pills group.Results:On the experimental study:in cough,The incubation period can be prolonged coughin mice, reducing the number of cough in mice, there are significant differencesbetween the control group and the blank(P<0.05). In Removing sputum,increasedsignificantly the amount of phenol red in mice shedding, and the blank controlgroup have obvious difference(P﹤0.01).In long-term and acute toxicity:Organswere normal histological changes.On the clinical study:After treatment, The total effective rate of treatmentgroup was88%, the blank control group total effectiveness is80%. The treatmentgroup in improving symptoms and signs and the main symptoms disappear time werebetter than the control group.Conclusion:HuaTanZhiKe Soup(1/2times,1times,2times,4times) has antitussive andexpectorant effects,also not appear acute and long-term toxicity reaction, HuaTanZhiKe Soup has good curative effect on children patients in cough belongedto TanShiYongFei.
