Effects Of KPS On The Criteria Of "stable" Efficacy In Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer

Purpose：In order to stabilize (SD) non small cell lung cancer stage, theincrease of <20%(NSCLC) patients as the object,Study symptoms, KPS score onthe curative effect determination results for "re evaluate stability".In orderto provide a train of thought to improve the curative effect on TCM treatmentof solid tumors criteria.Method： Bring in the NSCLC patients with imaging data in hospital,beforeentering the group,comparing the latest imaging examination of all patientswith the previous evaluated by RECIST,bring in the patients that belong toincrease SD,the team according to the symptoms and KPS stability and degradationwere divided into two groups,recording the symptoms,kps and tumor size in10months continuously,using SPSS15.0software, applying the Fisher’s exact testto analysis the number of survival,the number of SD, the number of deaths betweengroup.Make an analysis of theresults.Results：1.A total of26cases of NSCLC patients into groups,12patients ’symptoms andKPS keeped stable during the study,10patients survival and2patientis diedin the end of the study,the death toll in proportion is16.7%,6patients in SDphase and four patients in the PD phase in the review results.2.14patients’ symptom and KPS deteriorated gradually,6patients survival and8patientis died in the end of the study,the death toll in proportion is57.1%,1patients in SD phase and5patients in the PD phase in the review results.3.Compared the patients with stable to the patients with deteriorated,thepatients in stage of SD are more,survival patients are more.4.During the phase of increased SD of NSCLC,the death toll in proportion ofthe patients Symptoms and KPS keeping stable is low and the patients in stageof SD are more. 5.The death toll in proportion of the patients Symptoms and KPS keepingdeteriorated is high and the patients in stage of SD are more less.Conclusion：Taking the symptoms and KPS’s stability and worsen as thestandard,may be more beneficial to make more accurate judgments about patients.
