Primary Study On Curative Effect Of Treating Senile Tumour By Yan Shu Injector Cooperated With Chemical Therapy

Objective:To study the curative effect of treating senile tumour by Yan Shu Injector cooperated with chemical therapy.Methods:40 cases of senile tumour were divided into observational group(25 cases) and control group(15 cases).The observational group were treated by Yan Shu Injector cooperated with chemical therapy; the control group were treated only by routine chemical therapy.Clinical effect and side effects of both group were studied.Results:Effective rate of observational group is 65 percent,while that is 26.7 percent of control group.There is distinct difference between groups (P<0.05).Side effects after chemical therapy of observational group is much less than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).As to observational group,the quality of living,living time,the lenitive complexion and the immunologic indexes are all better than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion: Yan Shu Injector can alleviate the side effects of chemical therapy,lentitude ache,strenthen the curative effect of chemical therapy,improve the quality of living,prolong living time.It is the same with the sufferers of senile tumour;regulation of immunity is one of it's functional mechanism.
