Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris By Liver - Spleen And Spleen - Invigorating Syndrome

Purpose：Through observation clinical efficacy of soothing liver and tonifying spleen inpatients with unstable angina（gan yu pi xu） to explore its mechanism and safety.Material and method: A randomized, single blind study on60cases of gan yu and pixu patients in ward is divided into two groups of30patients.The mathced group patients aregiven rule western medicine,the other treatment group patinents are given rule westernmedicine and herbal medicine. After14days,observing before and after treatment in patientswith clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram to find which group is better.Results：TCM symptoms total curative effect: treatment group was86.67%and66.67%inthe matched group was significant difference (P<0.05).The total cure rate treatment group was90.00%and73.33%in the matched group was significant difference (P<0.05). Two groupsbefore and after treatment,the ECG are not significantly difference(P>0.05).Two groupsbefore and after treatment, liver and kidney function, and routine blood and urine were notsignificantly abnormal.Conclusion：1. Research shows that soothing liver and tonifying spleen can obviously improve the clinicalsymptoms of unstable angina, have certain curative effect.。2. Soothing liver and tonifying spleen decocion is beneficial to ECG of patients.3. Soothing liver and tonifying spleen decoction with better security.
