Background:The quality of TCM decoction pieces has been a problem for a long time, and a large part of the problem occurred in circulation. Retail pharmacy is the terminal link of circulation of TCM decoction pieces, the operation and management of TCM decoction pieces in Retail Pharmacies is the key to control circulation of TCM decoction pieces, also is the guarantee of clinical curative effect and the key to the safety of drugs of the people. TCM decoction pieces are legal prescription drugs,so they have a higher requirement of managerial and administrative expertise. To improve management skills of TCM decoction pieces is the inevitable requirement of government and the development of the industry, also is the objective need to guarantee clinical safety and rational medication.The carraying out of operation and management regularities about TCM decoction pieces in Beijing,is contribute to the development of TCM decoction pieces supply practice,the excellent of management skills about TCM decoction pieces in Beijing,make sure management of TCM decoction pieces more scientific, standardized.Research methods and main content:With domestic and foreign literature, analysising of current status of TCM decoction pieces, collecting and combing related laws about TCM decoction pieces,we found Perfect knowledge framework system for this study.At the same time,various methods had been used for the study, such as on-site visiting, sampling survey,questionnaire survey and regulatory experts.This paper is divided into two parts:literature review and TCM decoction pieces quality management research in retail pharmacies of Beijing. Literature review part, combing the relevant information in the field of TCM decoction pieces, the subjects, policy regulation and current situation; in the part of TCM decoction pieces quality management research in retail pharmacies of Beijing, Various methods had been used for the study, such as on-site visiting, sampling survey and questionnaire survey, in order to find out the situation and existing problems in retail enterprises of TCM decoction pieces in Beijing,and then giving suggestions,this part includes the designing of the survey questionnaire,on-site visiting,giving suggestions.Questionnaire Design:First,With literature and laws, we formed conception and frame system. Second, we designed and amended questionnaire.At last,we have the final questionnaire.Field Research:First,by on-site visiting,we collected data and analyzed the data.Second,we found the hit and hot spots,and gave reasonable proposals.:133questionnaires were sent out, and133questionnaires were retrieved with recovery rate of100%.The wholesale enterprises in31,102retail enterprises.Field visited Beijing several main cities of14Chinese medicine yinpian of retail pharmacies and two large Chinese medicine yinpian wholesale enterprises.Proposal:With literature and laws, we refined key link and formed suggestions.Through discussing and counseling to amend the suggestions,and then we have the final suggestions.Consequence:Compared with the national various provinces and cities, the whole situation of TCM in theretail pharmacies in Beijing is good, but some a little part still need to be further strengthened. There was lack of professional and technical personals of TCM in theretail pharmacies. And some other facts such as the low buying-stock-selling management standardization degree, insufficient equipments maintenance and the ill-formed TCM decoction services still existed in the retail pharmacies.According to the whole situation of TCM in theretail pharmacies in Beijing, we give suggestions such as developing pharmaceutical care, paying attention to the development of professional and technical personnel, stricting at management, strengthening the software practitioners qualification management and further standardization of TCM in theretail pharmacies etc.Conclusion:The questionnaires are of reference value.This set of questionnaires with good distinction degree and large amount of information are able to fully reflect the operation and management situation in retail pharmacies of Chinese Herbal Medicine for reference and learning. The proposed operation and management recommendations for retail pharmacies of Chinese Herbal Medicine in Beijing area are of certain feasibility and reference value.
