Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shenqi Compound Prescription On C - Reactive Protein And Adiponectin In T2DM Patients With Large Vascular Lesions

Objective:Through the observation of clinical manifestations and the effect on CRP and ADPN in patients with type2diabetes vascular lesions, This clinical research is designed to find the function of shenqi compound appliing to patients with macroangiopathy in type2diabetes.Methods:In this study a total of192cases of patients were divided into3different Syndrome types:deficience of both the vital energy and yin and phlegm,deficience of both the vital energy and yin and blood stasis, deficience of both the vital energy and yin with hot toxic syndrome.Each type is divided into the treatment group and the control group.There are six subgroups, each subgroup ocontain32patients under the principle of random assignment.The treatment group and the control group were treated with Diabetes foundation treatment,In addition, the treatment group is giving Shenqi Compound Recipe according to different syndromes.the treatment has12weeks.To Observe the changes of syndrome of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, adiponectin in patients.Results:The study shows that:(1) After treatment, total effective rate, symptoms, signs in teach group of different syndromes get bttter,but the treatment group improve more.(2)For patients with Syndrome type of deficience of both the vital energy and yin and phlegm,after treatment,the touw groups of get lower C-reactive protein levels,but the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05); the levelof ADPN in two groups were elevated after treatment, and the treatment group increased significantly more (P<0.05).(3)For patients with Syndrome type of deficience of both the vital energy and yin and blood stasis, after treatment,the touw groups of get lower C-reactive protein levels,but the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05); the levelof ADPN in two groups were elevated after treatment, and the treatment group increased significantly more (P<0.05) (4)For patients withSyndrome type of deficience of both the vital energy and yin with hot toxic of deficience of both the vital energy and yin and phlegm,after treatment,the touw groups of get lower C-reactive protein levels,but the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05); the levelof ADPN in two groups were elevated after treatment, and the treatment group increased significantly more (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Compound can significantly remit discomfort, reduce CRP levels, enhance the ADPN levels, change patient inflammatory state.It is helpful for the prevention and treatment of vascular lesions.
