Atorvastatin Statins In Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome, Adiponectin And High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein,

Objective:To investigate the variation of seram adiponectin(APN)in patients with acute coronary syndronmes(ACS)and explore the correlation between the levels of adiponectin and c-reacive protein(hsCRP),to evaluate offect of stains for inflammation and endothelial fuction. Methods:Blood TC.TG.LDL.hsCRP and APN levels were measured in 40 patients with ACS and 20nealthy controls,40 patients were griven svatins,and the above indexes were repeated 2weeks later.Results:The levels of APN in ACS groups were significantly hwer than healthy controls. whilc the levels of hsCRP in ACS groups were significantly higher than healthy controls;There was no significant difference in TC.LDL and TG levels between different groups.After treatment with statins,levels of TC,TG LDL and hsCRP were lowered markedly in ACS groups, while levels of APN were increased.Conclusions:The scrum adiponectin levels were significantly decreased in patients with ACS, this decrease may be closely related to the genesis and progress of ACS,atorvastating have important anti-inflammatiory effects besides lowering blood lipid,reflect the stability of the atherosclerotic lesion.
