Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Slow Transport Type Constipation

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Huayu Tongbian decoction inTreating Slow transit constipation.Methods:Settled60cases were observed from December2011to December2012period and the Liaoning Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Third AffiliatedHospital,which named Liaoning Province Anorectal Hospital,ofOutpatient,randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of30cases.These meet the diagnostic inclusion criteria of Slow transitconstipation (STC).including women37cases，male23cases，age from19to70，average age at47.They were diagnosed and treated28years at longest and2years at least,which average at4years. The two groups in age,gender,durationof treatment before symptoms score was no significant difference (P>0.05) werecomparable. The treatment group was treated with the Huayu Tongbiandecoction.Control group took Maren Soft Capsule orally.Both groups wereobserved two cycles,with2weeks one cycle,for comparing the different scoresbefore and past the treatments.then statistical analysis by the application SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment,the difference between treatment and control groups was notstatistically significant (P>0.05),After treatment2weeks and4weeks,thesymptom was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy in treatment group were better than controlgroup.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was96.67%,and the controlgroup was83.33%.The two group show the effects on slow transit constipation,withthe treatment group more effective (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.the Huayu Tongbian decoction can obviously improve clinical efficacy of slowtransit constipation.2.“Long illness blood stasis,blood stasis toxin impairing collaterals” is oneof the pathogenesis of slow both transmissive constipation.
