Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Shexiang Baoxin Pills

Objective: TO observe the efficacy and safety of HMP in the treatment ofchronic stable coronary artery disease QDBS clinical.Methods: The30cases of chronic stable coronary artery disease patients whichbelong to the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are randomly dividedinto the treatment group and the control group. The control group receivedconventional oral Western standard drug therapy plus placebo and the treatmentgroup uses HMP on the oral Western standard drug therapy in treatment of chronicstable coronary artery disease for1year.Observing after treatment of two groupswith efficacy of angina symptoms,Seattle Angina Questionnaire（SAQ），TCMsymptoms, electrocardiogram，the changes of blood lipid and liver and kidneyfunction, routine blood and urine in order to determine its long term oral HMPof efficacy and safety.Results:1.Compared two groups of patients with efficacy of angina symptoms aftertreatment，the efficacy of the experimental group was better than control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);2.The experimental group after treatment on limited degree physical activity、angina pectoris、treatment satisfaction and the degree of understanding of thedisease of SAQ compared with the control group,the scores increases, thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.05)，Angina integral of steadystate dimension although the two groups have increased,the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05);3.TCM symptoms scores and the ECG after treatment efficacy of the experimentalgroup, compared with the control group improve significantly, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05);the experimental group after treatment on lipids of TG, CHOL, LDL-C compared with the control group, were significantlylower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),the level ofHDL-L,both groups have increased,but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05);4.The heart rate, pulse rate, respiration and blood pressure of the both groupsdid not change significantly after the treatment(P>0.05); The liver and kidneyfunction tests、routine blood and urine of the both groups did not changesignificantly after the treatment and the patients did not have any adversereactions during the treatment.Conclusion:1.HMP in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic stablecoronary artery disease patients can improve significantly in patients withsymptoms of angina.2.HMP in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic stablecoronary artery disease patients can improve significantly in patients withthe degree of physical activity limitation, angina pectoris, the level ofawareness of the disease and treatment satisfaction in order to improve thequality of life.3.HMP in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic stablecoronary artery disease patients can improve significantly in patients withsymptoms of TCM,the case of ischemic ECG and reduce TG, CHOL and LDL-C.4.The HMP for12-month is safe and did not have significant adverse reactions.
