| Objective: to observe the run heart soup treatment of coronary heart disease stable anginapectoris (qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis) the curative effect and its safety.Methods: Select eligible, a total of60cases of patients with coronary heart disease stableangina were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group30cases,Control group30cases.Treatment group with qi and nourishing Yin, blood know luo for the law to give run heart soup, adaily dose, decoct juice150ml water, two oral points sooner or later; Control group given yi heartshu capsule, oral three times a day, take3pills at a time. Treatment group and the control grouptreatment for30days.Treatment group and control group respectively, observation group patientsof angina pectoris symptoms, TCM syndrome, electrocardiogram ST-T change as well as bloodroutine, urine, stool, liver and kidney function.Results: Run heart soup treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (qi and Yindeficiency and blood stasis): Angina pectoris curative effect of treatment group the total effectiverate was93.33%, while the control group was90.00%. No significant difference (P>0.05), twogroups. Syndrome curative effect of TCM treatment group the total effective rate was93.33%,while the control group was90.00%. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) two groups.Before and after treatment comparison of TCM symptoms curative effect between the two groups,Pīš¤0.05, the treatment group is better than the control group. Improvements in ecg ST segmentand T wave, the treatment group the total effective rate was60.00%, control group was56.25%.Contrast in the two groups (P>0.05), there was no significant difference. Through screeningblood, urine, stool routine, liver, kidney, no new changes after treatment, also did not find its toxicside effects.Conclusion:Run heart soup treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris (qi andYin deficiency and blood stasis) is effective and safe, is worth promoting. |
