Purpose: this study through the establishment of BALB/c young mice wereinfected respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia model,research the effect ofYinqiaosan prescription and Yupingfengsan extract of RSV—induced pneumonia inyoung mice,and explore its effect on NF—κB and TNF—αlevels,to provideexperimental evidence for clinical prevention RSV pneumonia.Material and method:1.Using intranasal inoculation of respiratory syncytial virus strains long toestablish model of RSV pneumonia in young mice, compared the difference of themice in the general state、lung index determination, survival number, the degreeof lung tissue lesions identified RSV pneumonia model in mice.2.Established RSV pneumonia model,by compared the difference of the generalstate of the mice, lung index determination,lung tissue appearance andpathological changes observed Yinqiaosan monarch drug extract, Yinqiaosanmonarch drug extracts together Yupingfengsan extract, Yupingfengsan extract onmice RSV pneumonia prevention and treatment.3.Using immunohistochemistry to detect Yinqiaosan monarch drug extract,Yinqiaosan monarch drug extracts together Yupingfengsan extract, extractadministration Yupingfengsan lungs of mice in each group at different time pointsNF-κB P65protein expression.4.By ELISA method to detect Yinqiaosan monarch drug extract, Yinqiaosan monarchdrug extracts together Yupingfengsan extract, extract administrationYupingfengsan each group of mice at different time points serum TNF-ɑ levelsituation. Results:1.General state of normal mice is always good;model group status graduallyworsened, the5th day of the death of the peak;the general states of the ribaviringroup, double-table group, relieving group,solid table group are bettercompared with the model group, and on the5day have better.2.Lung index determination:Compared with the normal group, model group lungindex began to rise on3th day,the5th day of the highest value (P<0.05);compared with the model group, four treatment groups’ lung index begin to declineon the3th day,on the5th day decline significantly, on the7th day near normallung index (P<0.05);compared with the ribavirin group,there are no significantdifference(P>0.05) between three treatment groups;compared with threeTraditional Chinese medicine groups, there are no significantdifference(P>0.05).3.Lung Pathology:normal mice without pathological changes;on the3th day, modelgroup appears pathological changes in the lung tissue,mainly as the alveolarwall thickening,mononuclear cell infiltration, aggravate on the5th day,a largenumber of mononuclear cell infiltration,pulmonary consolidation;the four groupsof the lung tissue changes lighter than the model group,on the5th day ease,on the7th day close to normal;between three treatment groups and the ribaviringroup,lung pathological changes are similar.4.Lung tissue NF-κB P65protein expressions: normal mice secrete a small amountof NF-κB;model group NF-κB P65protein expressions increased gradually overtime,on the5th day reach the highest value;compared with the model group,thefour treatment groups gradually decline on the3th day,there are significantlydifferent (P<0.05); between three treatment groups with the ribaviringroup,there are no significant difference(P>0.05);compared with threeTraditional Chinese medicine groups,there are no significantdifference(P>0.05).5.TNF-α levels in serum:normal mice contain small amounts of TNF-α;model group’s TNF-αlevel increased gradually over time,on the5th day reach thehighest value;compared with the model group, the four treatment groups fromthe3th day began to decline,there are significant differences (P <0.05);between three treatment groups with the ribavirin group there are no significantdifference (P>0.05); compared with three Traditional Chinese medicine groups,there are no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Double table method,relieving method,solid method can be by improvingrespiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in mice general state,reduce lungindex,reduce lung pathology.2.Double table method,relieving method,solid method can reduce inflammationin the lungs of mice,reduced NF-κB and TNF-ɑ levels,effectively ease lungtissue damage.3.Between relieving method,solid method,double table method, there are nosignificant difference.
