In the process of chronic glomerulonephritis occurring and developing, proteinuria is one of the most important clinical manifestations, not only inthe short term is not easy to disappear, but also easily repeated. Even thegeneral symptoms have disappeared, urinary protein is likely to persist, andmany patients only have the clinical performance of proteinuria at the beginningof the disease. At present there are no specific treatment measures. Westernmedicine delays the progression of kidney disease mainly by improvingcirculation, reducing excretion of urinary protein and lowering the internalpressure and filtration of glomerular, which has achieved good effect, but dueto the large number of missing proteinuria, the number of patients dead or enteredend-stage renal failure remains high. In recent years, Chinese medicinetreatment of chronic glomerulonephritis achieved a certain effect, and has greatsignificance and unique advantages.Wen Yuwei, director of Chinese internal medicine who has engaged in clinicaland teaching for many years, has accumulated rich and valuable experience inthe treatment of kidney disease, and the treatment works well. This topic hasstudied for Mr. Wen’s Clinical experience and academic insights of treatingchronic glomerulonephritis, and analyzed the Pathogenesis、treatment、medicationfeatures、syndromes and medicinal prescriptions by collecting and collatingclinical data in the process of following Mr. Wen in the outpatient. This articlewas writed only to provide clinical reference for the Chinese medicine treatmentof chronic nephritis proteinuria.Director Wen Yuwei believe that the chronic nephritis albuminuria is developedon the basis of the deficiency of the spleen and stomach, and thepathogenesis is the climate of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The deficiency in origin means dysfunction of lung、spleen and kidney anddeficiency of qi、blood、essence、yin and yang. Excess in superficiality means exogenous、wet、 bleeding、 heat、 toxic heat and so on. With the virtual bemarked as criterion, Mr. Wen believed that six exopathogens and pathologicalproducts (blood stasis, turbid damp) is "culprit" ofaggravating the virtual, so the disease is divided into threestages. Wen director think that early lesions is deficiency of spleen andkidney, spleen cannot rise clear, Kidney qi is fail of tibetan closure; Inmiddle stage of disease, with six exopathogens continuous invasion of the body, dysfunction of lung、spleen and kidney is more serious, so that it can not beseparated from voicing result in losing of Protein subtle; In late stage, asthe pathological product of dysfunctional organs, dampness and blood stasisshould hinder qi and blood, and aggravat kidney failure.Treatment and medication characteristics: Tonifying the spleen and kidney inthe early period;Expelling evils of heat、dampness and wind while tonifyingthe spleen and kidney in the middle period;Promoting blood circulation andsearching yang in yin in the late period. Mr. Wen attaches importance on diarrheamedication turbid, like with rhubarb. On the basis of the development of the disease, the disease will be divided intofour types: deficiency of spleen and kidney, exopathic wind, accumulation ofdamp heat, blood stasis. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Mr. Wen use drug rationally, and achieved good effect in reducing proteinuriaand delaying disease progression. This paper contains some medical records thatMr. Wen treated chronic nephritis albuminuria, the specific medication andcurative effect will be described in the following.
