Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria With Nephritis No. 1 Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: to investigate the effects of nephritis No.1 and safflower yellow injection combined with acupoint application on 24-hour urinary protein quantification,urine routine and urine occult blood in patients with nephritis.The therapeutic effect of Safflower Yellow injection combined with acupoint application in the treatment of glomerulonephritis provides guidance for better clinical application.Material and Methods: one hundred and fifty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were hospitalized in Liaoning from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects,and 22 cases were excluded according to the exclusion criteria.The remaining cases were divided into control group(56 cases),which was treated with nephritis No.1 and safflower yellow injection;experimental group(72 cases),The control group was treated with nephritis No.1 and safflower yellow injection,the experimental group was treated with nephritis No.1,safflower yellow injection and acupoint application for the same time,the changes of experimental indexes before and after treatment were observed Result:1.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.37%,and that of the control group was 83.93%.There was a difference between the two groups(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.2.In terms of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.77%,and that of the control group was 82.14%.There was a difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms.3.In the aspect of reducing proteinuria,the two groups have improved,there are differences,and the experimental group is better than the control group,with statistical significance.4.In improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,there was a difference in symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),which was comparable,and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:glomerulonephritis No.1,safflower yellow injection combined with acupoint application is more effective in the treatment of glomerulonephritis proteinuria,which can not only relieve clinical symptoms,but also protect renal function.
