Retrospective Analysis Of 70 Cases Of Chronic Gastritis

Purpose:Make a research about the clinic data and their relationship of 70 Chronic gastritis patientsObject of study and method:In 70 cases meeting the inclusion criteria, gender, age, occupation, months of onset, history, factors, gastroscopic diagnosis, pathological diagnosis, TCM syndrome type, HP infection and other clinical data is collected.Using statistical software SPSS20.0, based on the data of frequency, constituent ratio, mean, standard deviation correlation analysis and chi-square test.Results:1. Middle-aged people in the group of chronic gastritis patients(45-59 years old) accounting for the proportion is highest, 42.9%, followed by the young and elderly(60-74 years), 40.0%.2. The gender ratio is 0.944.3. The average history is 88.7 months, about 7.3 years. Median is 48 months,about 4 years.4.The retirees have the highest proportion of 50%, followed by the staff of 28.6%.5.The main predisposing factors of chronic gastritis is emotional and diet, total 58.6% patients said they have no apparent cause, 35.7%.6.HP infection rate was 38.6%.7.According to the the guiding principle of clinical research of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,chronic gastritis patients were divided into 3 types, liver stomach disharmony syndrome(54.3%), spleen stomach damp heat syndrome(38.6%), spleen and stomach weakness(7.1%).8.Gastroscopic diagnosis of chronic gastritis,: non atrophic gastritis(superficial gastritis) is accounted for 24.3% and atrophic gastritis is accounted for 75.7%.9.Pathological diagnosis: intestinal metaplasia is accounted for 47.1% erosion is accounted for 34.3%,atrophy is accounted for 15.7% of atypical hyperplasia is accounted for 2.9%。10.There are differences between factors and type of syndromeConclusion:1.Chronic gastritis is highly related to the age.Middle-aged and younger-old people have the higher proportion among all the groups. Long course and recurrent trouble are the major feature of this disease. Retired people with the disease, retiree and clerk have the higher proportion.2.The cause of chronic gastritis is complex.Emotional factors play a significant role in different syndromes. HP infection is also very improtant..3.Liver stomach disharmony syndrome, spleen stomach damp heat syndrome(38.6%), spleen and stomach weakness are the main types of syndrome.All the cases collected by this research belong to these types of syndrome. The syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach type has the highest proportion,accounting for 54.3%.
