A Preliminary Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes Of 186 Patients With Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:Through observing the distribution of TCM syndrome types of Chronic atrophic gastritis, and the relationship between the relevant factors such as gender, age and the distribution of TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis to discuss the law of TCM syndromes of Chronic atrophic gastritis and provide theoretical reference for the disease in TCM clinical basis.Methods:on the basis of a large amount of relevant literature, design the questionnaire of the syndromes of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, collected 186 cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis examined by Affiliated Hospital of Beijing university of Chinese Medical, analyze the distribution of the TCM syndromes of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, as well as the relationship between gender,age,clinical factors and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, by using SPSS20.0 software.Results:l,The ratio of male to female is 1:1.3, the chi-square X2=5.378 p=0.251>0.05,shows that gender differences has no statistical significance.2,The distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis:the chi-square X2 =29.806 p=0.000<0.05,shows that the differences between the various syndromes are statistically significant.3,The relationship between gender and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis:by chi-square test, X2=5.017 P=0.414>0.05, shows that the differences are not statistically significant.4,The relationship between age and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis:by chi-square test,X2=0.338 P=0.561>0.05, shows that the differences are not statistically significant.5,The relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis:by chi-square test, X2=19.924 P=19.924<0.05, shows that the differences are statistically significant.6,The relationship between the intestinal metaplasia and and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis:by chi-square test, X2=4.903 p=0.428>0.05,shows that the differences are not statistically significant.7,The relationship between syndrome type distribution and causes:By chi-square test, X2 = 26.089 P=0.037<0.05, shows that the differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:1, There is no obvious correlation between the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gender or age.2,H. pylori infection has correlation with the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis3,It is lack of correlation between Intestinal metaplasia and the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis4,There is correlation between the distribution of the TCM syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and its causes.
