| Purpose:The study was through the establishment of acute gouty arthritis animal model, which was given the treatments of normal saline, different doses of Ling Ze Mixture, and western medicine. Capillary wall permeability, pranulation, pain reaction, and writhing response of model mouse were observed. The objective of the study is to investigate anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ling Ze Mixture, and provide experimental basis for acute gouty arthritis treatment of Ling Ze Mixture in clinical.Material and method:Anti-inflammatory experiment: sodium urate was used for preparation of acute gouty arthritis mice model. Increase of capillary permeability in abdominal cavity caused by acetic acid, and influencing effect of granulomatous experiment caused by agar were compared and analyzed, in order to discuss anti-inflammatory effect of Ling Ze Mixture. Analgesic experiment: experimental mice were collected and established acute gouty arthritis animal model, influencing effect of writhing response caused by acetic acid and the pain threshold detection of experimental mice(experimental mice were selected by hot plate test), in order to discuss analgesic effect of Ling Ze Mixture.Results:In mice used Ling Ze Mixture(low, mormal, and high dosages), capillary permeability in abdominal cavity were lower than control group model with significant difference(P<0.05). Mild moderate dosage Ling Ze Mixture had a strong inhibitory effect of granuloma formation induced by agar, and significantly better than other groups(P<0.05). In mice used Ling Ze Mixture(low, normal, and high dosages), writhing response times were significantly less than control group model, and writhing times of mice of normal, and high dosages group were significantly less than low dosage group(P<0.05). In mice used Ling Ze Mixture(low, mormal, and high dosages), pain threshold detection were higher than control group model withsignificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ling Ze Mixture could inhibit the capillary permeability increasing in adomen induced by acetic acid, and strong inhibit granuloma formation induced by agar. Ling Ze Mixture has a positive anti-inflammatory effect. Ling Ze Mixture could increase pain threshold detection, reduce writhing times of mice, and it indicateed that Ling Ze Mixture has potent analgesic effect. Ling Ze Mixture not only could inhibit inflammatory reaction, but also has significant analgesic effect. Ling Ze Mixture is an effective treatment for acute gouty arthritis. |
