| Purpose:To observe and analyse of Fuzheng Xiezhuo method combined with the clinical curative effect of calcium dobesilate capsule in the treatment of CRF,through combined with oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth,joint hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules and simple oral hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules.Method:Collected the clinical data of all patients with chronic renal failure were from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital treatment of renal Department of Internal Medicine, during January,2014-January,2015.On the data collected, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for the selection and arrangement, which selected one of the 40 patients met the inclusion criteria of the study patients and taking a retrospective study. The study subjects were randomly divided into two groups, A group and B group. The A group of 20 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules oral,20 patients in B group were treated Calcium Dobesilate Capsules Capsule each 2 pills three times a day orally,that were treated with high quality and low protein diet, blood pressure,correct electrolyte and acid-base balance, improve immunity, correct anemia and other conventional treatment, continuous the treatment of 14 days for a course of treatment,the use of statistical software SPSS17,to carry on the statistical analysis of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, hemoglobin and glomerular filtration rate data for statistical analysis.Results:1. After treatment, both of the two groups’ BUN and SCR were decreased, and the GFR were increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),ingroup A the change is most obvious.2. In the A group of 20 patients, there were 19 cases of curative effect, the total effective rate was 95 percent, of which 10 cases were markedly effective, effective rate was 50 percent, effective 6 cases, have efficiency 30 percent,3 stable, obviously better than B group(P<0.05). 3. Renal function improved, review before discharge in patients with serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, compared with before admission to some extent, serum ceratinine values decline,increased hemoglobin content. Patients with glomerular filtration rate increase, such as fatigue, nausea, lumbar acid, effectively relieve symptoms.Conclusion:1. The clinical application of centralizer drain turbidity mainly of traditional Chinese medicine compound with hydroxide benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules orally, can effectively reduce the chronic renal failure patients serum reatinine and urea nitrogen content, increase the content of hemoglobin in the blood, improve the glomerular filtration rate.2. Although the rhubarb is the product of cold, the strict control of the application of rhubarb dose, compatibility, to eliminate pathogenic and not damage vital QI, strengthen the discharge metabolites and toxins, were significantly effect for the treatment of diseases and prevention.3. The early and middle chronic renal failure patients is lighter, pathogenic factors not into, the body strong ability to resist invaded, the medicine can improve the clinical curative effect, has important significance for the prognosis of disease. 4. Chronic renal failure progress is slow, but course of touching painless, early in the disease should be timely treatment, the patient also cope with disease cause enough attention, actively cooperate with treatment, lest bungle illness. |
