Clinical Study On Patients With Disorder Of Serum Calcium And Phosphate Of Chronic Renal Failure Duirng The Dialysis Peirod Using Renal King Dim Ecoction And A-D3

Objective： This study aims to observe and confirm the effect combining clinicalstudy on treating calcium phosphate metabolic disorder patients of chronic renal failure inthe dialysis period using renal king decoction，and explore combining traditional Chineseand western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy edema advantages and feasibility，and lay the foundation for further improving formulation and promoting to provide thescientific basic on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment ofchronic renal failure.Methods： Using prospective randomized methodwe divided58cases chronic renalfailure patients meeting the diagnostic criteria into two groups.29patients were classifiedinto Western Medicine group served as control group who were treated with Westernmedicine foundation treatment.29patients were classified into treatment group who weretreated with western medicine foundation treatment and renal king decoction. Observedbefore and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms vary，and24-hour urinary protein quantitative, hemoglobin，blood fat, kidney function，bloodcalcium，phosphorus, blood parathyroid hormone，bone density and related index changes.Results：1. The total clinical effective rate of combining traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment is75.86%which is better than that of control group withstatistical41.38%（P＜0.05）.The effective rate of treatment group in the symptom signs ismuch better than that of control group with statistical（P＜0.05）.2. The treatment group can significantly raise blood calcium and hemoglobin，meanwhile reduce the urinary protein level，serum phosphate, parathyroid hormoneadjusting blood lipid. The effect is much better than that of control group with statistical （P＜0.05）.3. The treatment group in reducing blood urea nitrogen, serum cretonne, uric acid（P＜0.01），improve patients with renal function is better than the control group（P＜0.01）.4. There were no significant differences between the treatment group and controlgroup in improve patients’ in bone mineral density（P＞0.05）.5. The treatment group is better in safety and adverse reaction rate lower than controlgroup.Conclusion：1. Renal king decoction combined with western medicine treatmentbased can improve the chronic renal failure calcium phosphate metabolic disorder oftraditional Chinese medicine of the dialysis patients bed symptoms.2. Renal king decoction combined with western medicine treatment based caneffectively regulate such patients hemoglobin，as urea nitrogen, Scar, uric acid, calcium,phosphorus，blood PTH,24-hour urinary protein and related inspection index. And greatlypostponed the progress of chronic renal failure and improve the quality of survival，showsthe advantage of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment ofthis disease. Improve patients’ life quality without toxic side effects.3. This study show advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicinetreat difficult and complicated illnesses，therefore having the further research, developmentand application value.4. Considered the observe time is short，there is no obvious difference between thetreatment group and control group compared to the adjustment of the bone mineral density.
