Objective: Xiaoqinglong decoction, from the Han Dynasty Zhang "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases", composed of eight kinds of Chinese medicine: ephedra and cinnamon, peony, schisandra fruit, dried ginger, licorice root, asarum, pinellia, the party is treatment of exogenous wind cold, cold drink stop commonly used classical prescription, has a solution form of drinking, the temperature of the curative effect of cold drink, is mainly applicable to the disease of respiratory system. Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease, frequently occurring disease, serious harm to the life and health of human beings, which belongs to the category of TCM wheezing and asthma. The imbalance of Th1 /Th2 cytokines in bronchial asthma patients. In this study, the expression of Th1 and IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of bronchial asthma rats were observed by observing the expression of /Th2 and IFN-γ, and the effect of the small blue lung decoction on the equilibrium state of bronchial asthma in the rats with bronchial asthma was evaluated.Materials and methods: This study selected 90 clean grade SD rats, weight 180 g + 10 g, male and female. Use were randomly divided into six groups, namely the normal group(n = 15), model group(15 rats), traditional Chinese medicine low dose group(15 rats), traditional Chinese medicine dose group(15 rats), Chinese medicine high dose group(15 rats), western medicine group(n = 15).After feeding the rats of each group a week. The ova adjuvanted methods sensitized rats. In sensitized by OVA challenge in asthmatic, before the groups of asthmatics were given different doses of Xiaoqinglong decoction, dexamethasone, continuous excitation 7 times. After the last stimulation, the expression of IFN-γand IL-4 in each group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA).Results:1.First after the 1 excitation, compared with the normal group, the model group, the low dose group, high dose group, Chinese medicine high-dose group, Chinese medicine in the dose group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the high dose group, TCM middle dose group and Western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the low dose group, the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the high-dose group, the western medicine group had statistical significance(P < 0.05).2 from second to the end of excitation, compared with normal group, the model group, low dose group of Chinese medicine, high dose group of TCM had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group, the high dose group, the dose group, the western medicine group, and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the low dose group, the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3. After the last challenge, IFN-γexpression level: compared with the normal group, model group, low dose of Chinese medicine group, high dose of Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine dose group, western medicine group with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the low dose group, high dose group, traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group, TCM middle dose group, western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the low dose group, the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the high dose group, the dose and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the dose group in Chinese medicine, the western medicine group had statistical significance(P < 0.05).4. After the last challenge in levels of IL-4 expression: compared with the normal group, model group, low dose of Chinese medicine group, high dose of Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine dose group, western medicine group with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the low dose group, high dose group, traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group, TCM middle dose group, western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared withthe low dose group, the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the high dose group, the Chinese medicine dose, the western medicine group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5. After the last challenge, IFN-γand IL-4 ratio: compared with the normal group, model group, low dose of Chinese medicine group, high dose of Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine dose group, western medicine group with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the low dose group, high dose group, traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group, TCM middle dose group, western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the low dose group, the high dose group, the dose group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).. Compared with the high dose group, the dose and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.the egg protein and adjuvant can establish the bronchial asthma model of SD rats, and the rats after the egg protein can stimulate the asthma, the rat is the shortness of breath.2. the model of bronchial asthma induced by egg protein plus adjuvant can down regulate the expression of IFN-γand up IL-4 in rat alveolar lavage fluid, and make the Th1/Th2 equilibrium drift.3. the different doses of the small blue dragon soup can improve the respiratory rate of the bronchial asthma model of SD rats after the excitation, and the effect of middle dose of the small green dragon soup is remarkable.4. the different doses of the small blue dragon soup can increase the expression level of IFN-γand down IL-4, improve the Th1/Th2 equilibrium drift state, and the effect of middle dose of the small green dragon soup is remarkable.
