Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And The Related Factors In The History Of Early Recurrent Abortion

[Objective]313 females with early recurrent spontaneous abortion history are investigated by questionnaire of " TCM syndrome and related factors of females with early recurrent spontaneous abortion history" in this paper. The collected data are sorted and statistically analyzed. Accordingly, the TCM syndrome distribution, clinical common symptoms and its related influencing factors of early recurrent spontaneous are preliminary discussed in this paper, which provides data support for syndrome differentiation and treatment, and offers epidemiology basis for scientific research.[Method]Based on the preliminary study, the questionnaire is improved combining with expert advice. Using the method of clinical epidemiological investigation,313 cases of patients with early-recurrent abortion history who came to Chengdu university of TCM hospital, are collected from January 2011 to February 2011. According to TCM four diagnostic data, the database is established. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the frequency analysis and cluster analysis, the TCM syndrome and symptoms distribution regularity of females with early-recurrent abortion history are discussed; Using rank correlation analysis, the correlation between kidney deficiency and age, as well as the number of early-abortion and age, menarche age, frequently artifical abortion, times of medical abortion, and thyroid disease are discussed; Using test analysis, the influence of professions, ABO blood group and the male sperm quality on early recurrent abortion are discussed; Using the nonparametric test analysis, the relationships of artificial abortion, medical abortion and menstrual quantity are discussed.[Result]1. Among the 313 investigated and effective cases of women with early recurrent spontaneous abortion, the average age is 31.65±4.67; the smallest age 23 years old; the largest age 46 years old.2.Among the 313 cases, non-manual workers are 212 cases (67.73%); Unemployed females 76 cases (24.28%); manual workers 25 cases (7.99%).3.Among the 313 cases,the patients attributed to Type A are 124 cases (39.62%); type O 82 cases (26.52%); type B 73 cases (23.32%); type AB 33 cases (10.54%).4,Among the 313 cases, the patients with thyroid dysfunction are 44 cases, accounting for 14.06%.5.Among the 313 cases, mates with abnormal semen routine are 100 cases, accounting for 31.95%, among which high sperm deformity rate and low sperm vitality are the dominate cause in routine semen analysis.6.Among the 313 cases, the patients with habitual abortion are 114 cases, accounting for 36.42%.7.Among the 313 cases, the ordering and common TCM syndrome are kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis syndrome(97 cases), spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(47 cases),kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome(39 cases),kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(30 cases). The patients with kidney deficiency syndrome are 279 cases, accounting for 89.14%.8.Among the 313 cases, the ordering and common TCM symptoms are irritability, hair loss, forgetfulness, premenstrual breast bilges, fatigue, lumbar debility, afraid of the chill and cold, menstrual blood with blocks; followed by dry mouth, the dark-red menstrual blood,deep sigh, emotion depression, premenstrual abdominal pain, lower abdomen ache, repeatedly pregnancy and fall, mouth bitter.9.There has positively related to the kidney deficiency and age (P< 0.05); the number of early abortion is related to age, number of induced abortion and sperm quality (P<0.05), and has no significant correlation with menarche age, number of medical abortion, occupation, ABO blood group, and thyroid dysfunction (P> 0.05);Menstrual quantity is related to the number of induced abortion (P< 0.05), and has no significant correlation with the number of medical abortion (P> 0.05).[Conclusion]This study preliminary depicts that the early recurrent spontaneous abortion is priority to missed abortion, aging in 27 to 33 years old childbearing females; The ordering and common TCM syndrome are kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis syndrome, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, among which kidney deficiency syndrome has the highest frequency that is consistent with the TCM theory of "kidney dominates reproductive". There has positively related to the kidney deficiency and age, that is the growth age simultaneously occurring with possibility of kidney deficiency syndrome. And there has no significant correlation with menarche age, number of medical abortion, occupation, ABO blood group, and thyroid dysfunction; Coincidence with the number of artificial abortion is a small amount menstrual quantity.
