| The effect is of Total Flavonoids of Hippophae Rhamnoides and protein of oyster in acute hepatic injury mice induced by CCl4 and alcohol was studied in this paper,The effect is of therapeutic hepatitis is clear.So,wo study the compound of Total Flavonoids of Hippophae Rhamnoides protein of oyster(1:1,1:2,2:1),the result of compound (1:1)is the best for protecting effects on mice.The optimization compound is studied in injury mice by CCl4ã€alcoholã€APAP.We study its work mechanism innitally.From the results,Total Flavonoids of Hippophae Rhamnoides and protein of oyster both could decreased the ALTã€AST activities in acute hepatic injury mice induced by CCl4,also could decreased the TGã€MDA concentration in acute hepatic injury mice induced by alcohol.At the dosage,the effect the compound(1:1)is the best.The compound(1:1)has no significant effect on body weight of mice,but it could decreased the ALTã€AST activities in acute hepatic injury mice induced by CCl4 and APAP,it also could decreased the TGã€MDAã€GSH concentration in acute hepatic injury mice induced by alcohol.They all displayed the effects in dosage-dependent manner. Otherwise,we studied the mechanism of the compound working.The compound could increase the ADH activity in hepatic tissues of mice induced by alcohol. |
