Effect Of Rhodiola Rosea And Hippophae Rhamnoides Linn On Proliferation Of Activated HSC-T6 Cells

Objective To study the effect of different proportions and dose mixed suspension about Rhodiola rosea and Hippophae on the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells, so as to find the two drugs optimal proportion.Methods Cell culture about Hsc-T6. To prepare the different proportions of Rhodiola rosea and Hippophae mixed suspension Rhodiola rosea and Hippophae. Then affecting the Hsc-T6 by different proportions of mixed suspension.Using microplate reader to test the each hole OD value(the detection wavelength of 490 nm), then recording the results.Using the final results to draw the table at last.Results The effect about Rhodiola rosea and Hippophae on the proliferation and apoptosis of HSC-T6,s dependent the dose and ratios,and it has obviously effecion. Using the same proportion about the two drugs, the inhibition enhancing gradually with the drug suspension,s liquid dose is increasing. Each drug suspension liquid treatment group with low concentration group has difference,and the statistically significant(P<0.05)is marked. If we use the liquid concentration is in common, with the decrease of different ratio groups the inhibition was increasing. Each proportion of drug suspension liquid treatment group with rhodiola, and hippophae treatment group has difference,and the statistically significant(P<0.05)is signally.Conclusion The result of our research show that: The dispensing drugs mixed suspension about rhodiola and hippophae has obvious inhibitory effect to Hsc-T6,s proliferation,the 1:7mixed suspension is most obviously. This study purpose is to provides a theoretical basis about the developing of new drug to anti liver fibrosis.
