Along with the rural economic structure of our country speeding up, the livestock breeding have got a rapid expansion, which made more and more contribution to the rural economical development and farmers'income. However, when the livestock breeding provides us economical prevalent, the excrementitiously production of livestock are speeding up. It will contaminate the rural land source and water resources, destroy the ecosystem, which as a result will give an acid test to the agricultural development of our country. In the wake of sustainable development concept interiorize, marsh gas technique has got a well development as an effective method. The biogas plant scale and amount are getting bigger and bigger, which not only can solve the contaminant problem, but also bring about fairly considerable economic returns. However, on the occasion, it will abound in biogas slurry and biogas residue, and if we can't appropriately make use of such things, it will produce the secondary pollution to the environment. So we must study the technology of how to use the biological resources high efficiency and quality. This study used lettuce and orange as the test corps, and the monofactorial and multi-level design. The biogas slurry was diluted to different extends and given various nutrients to regulate the content and ratio, with which respectively spraying on the leaf surface of the lettuce and orange. The yield, quality and physical signs including plant height, root length and so on were tested and analyzed to study the best dilute strengths and the optimal ratios which are fit for the growth the lettuce and orange, to provide a theoretical basis for the methane fluid's usage in the agricultural production. The results are as follows:1,With the biogas slurry soaking the lettuce seeds, it significantly increased the germination rate and promoted the growth of the lettuce seedlings in a certain range of concentration. The 1st treatment which used the concentration of 2% had the best effect of all. The germination rate was 72%,6.7% above the control which applied the water; the stem height and leaf width were respectively 38.6% and 23.6% above; the seedling weight was 94.3% above the control, achieving the extremely significant level.2. With the biogas slurry spraying on the leaf surface, it significantly promoted the growth, increased the production, and improved the quality of the lettuce in a certain range of concentration. Among the total, the 1st and the 11th treatments had the best effects, which respectively used the concentration of 10% and the commercial foliar fertilizer. The productions of them were separately 62.8% and 44.7% above the control, both achieving the extremely significant level. They also evidently raised the soluble protein level, reduced the content of nitrate, but the 11th treatment is significantly lower than control in the content of VC, while there was no significant difference between the 1st and control.3. The quality of orange was significantly improved by coordinately applying the biogas slurry and the nutrient elements. The effect of the 2nd treatment was the best of all, which add major elements (N, P, K) in the biogas slurry with the ratio of 2.5:1:2 without microelements. The single fruit weight of the 2nd treatment was 25% above the control which applied the water, achieving the significant level; the soluble solids and total sugar content were separately 14.6% and 37.5% higher, achieving the extremely significant level; however, it had little effect on the shameless, fruit shape index and sugar acid ratio. The above results indicate that we can significantly promote the growth, increase the production, and improve the quality of crop, if we can properly treat with the biogas slurry according to the crop requirements, either through diluting which to different extends, or through adding proper nutrients to regulate the content and ratio. This indicates that the biogas slurry is a very good raw material for foliar fertilizer production. Meanwhile, the results of this study provide a feasible way for the biogas slurry's abundant utilization of harmless, high efficiency and quality.
