As the development of information technology which develops and utilizes information resources by means of microelectronic technology, computer technology,and communications technology, agriculture as the the most broad-based regional basic industries in the national economy has a strong demand and increasing reliance for information technology.The farm machinery such as no-till seeder gradually the trend information.With the development of the times,we had a study on the system of precise variability no-till fertilization seeder. The system of precise variability no-till fertilization seeder, whitch based on the digital information of the prescription plan provided by geographic information system(GIS), was able to accurately calculate fertilizer required for the best planting program. To Visual Basic as the programming platform, the prescribed plan system made use of GIS software such as MapX to achieve a variety of GIS functions. The Global Positioning System (GPS) gained the location information for tillage machines, through no-till seeder selecting different farming methods, to achieve variable precision fertilizer, seed and run on no-till seeder for accurate positioning operation. The automatic control system, through the use of sensor technology, achieved automatic detection of whether the kinds of fertilizer boxes empty and whether the blockage of either legs. In addition, this system achieved adjustment of sowing, from human to power. Intelligence of no-till seeder has made technical content have further enhanced and users operate more intuitive and convenient, not only avoids the ridge off Lacking Seedlings phenomenon, but also saves labor and increases the operation safety factor.This article focuses on the associated hardware and software flow chart design of the controller of seed testing and monitor and the PC-management system, Also introduces design principles and design methods of the prescription chart system baseing on Geographical Information Technology (GIS) and the GPS navigation system.
