| Hickory is one of main cash crops in southern mountainous area in Anhui which has high food value and economic value. There are thousands hickory-nut enterprises in our province. Recently, as convenience is feature, hand-stripping hickory-nut popular among consumers and its market is very hot. However, hand-stripping hickory-nut are processed by hand which led to low efficiency, high labor intensity and the manufacturing cost.The paper expounded from two respects, Shell Breaking and baking. Our research aimed at improving the production efficiency and yield of hand-stripping hickory-nut, which has an important meaning To Promote Economic Development and increase farmers' income.The topics are divided into three parts. The first one is study mechanical properties and drying characteristics of hickory-nut while breaking the shell.The second one is design shelling machine of hand-stripping hickory-nut and build the 3-D prototype. The last one is design automatic temperature control system of baking hickory-nut to realize Automatic temperature control.Based on shelling theory and the traditional processing technology of hickory-nut, Striking shelling is selected. Owing to provide theoretical basis for shelling methods,module of hickory-nut has been carried out to get stress, strain and deformation nephogram at the line contact by ANSYS which was constructed in Pro/ENGINEER.Practical and efficient shell breaking machine has been designed which was applying Striking shelling. Biomimetic mechanical arm was designed to strike the hickory-nut shell become break in the way, that is to say, using appropriate mechanical force to crack hickory-nut shells without falling to pieces, which ensure no cracks or broken nuts to own the hand-stripping requirement. Through the experiment, the way to improve Broken shell effect has been found out that was cooking the hickory first.Experiments of drying time and drying temperature have done to find the functional relationship between moisture content and them, and identified baked hickory-nut security parameters finally. a temperature control system has been designed based on these conclusions.By Pro/ENGINEER, using some modeling methods, construct the parts and assemblies of the Processor. By Pro/ENGINEER's"module-design", the relative position and movement of these parts has been defined to construct the assembly of the Processor, it gets ready for the kinematics and dynamics simulation. And the stress concentration of key part has been identify to optimal the design. |
