In connection with the current situation,trends and existing problems of peanut shellers,this paper selects two varieties of peanuts as experimental materials,measuring physical properties,mechanical properties of peanuts,peanut's seeds and shelling test.Analysis of breakage rate of the peanut's seeds and sheller threshing rate of peanuts.Three-axes measurement is taken to measure the main physical characteristics of peanut legumes and peanut's seeds,obtaining focus range of three axis of Silihong peanuts and Baisha peanuts.Peanut sheller hitting parts-concave sieve spacing are 12 mm and 17 mm.Concave sieve gaps are 9mm and 11 mm.Moisture measurement results show that when the humidity ratio increases to 100:25 achieve saturated.The measurement results shows that hundred grain weight of Baisha peanuts are heavier than Silihong peanuts.The elastic modulus of peanut shell and peanut's seeds are higher than that of Silihong peanuts,The elastic modulus of peanut's seeds are less than peanut shell.The main measure of mechanical properties test of peanut's seeds and peanuts are static compression test,shear test,impulse text.the results shows that when texting breaking and damage force of peanuts and peanut legumes in three different placing ways,lateral release is largest,lying the second while standing the minimum.With the increase of the humidity ratio,the shear strength of the peanuts decreases and then increases.With the increase of width and thickness of the peanuts,the shear strength increases.The positive shear strength of peanuts is smaller than that of the lateral.The shear strength of two varieties of peanut pods is not significantly different on positive.When lateral release,four red shear strength is slightly larger than the white peanut,but not obviously.On the side,the shear strength of Silihong peanut is slightly larger than the Baisha peanut,but not obviously.The impact strength of the peanuts decreases first and then increase.With the width and thickness of peanuts increase,the impact strength withstands increases.The positive impact strength of two Varieties are less than the lateral impact strength.Designing 5 kinds of hitting parts: smooth type iron hitting parts,Smooth type rubber hitting parts,smooth type nylon hitting parts,and groove type nylon hitting parts: d=20 and d=30.The Single factor test shows that,smooth type rubber hitting parts,groove type nylon hitting parts: d=20 and d=30,the three part shelling hit get best results;the breakage rate is maximum When speed is 368r/min.The best threshing rate is 352r/min.The speed of peanut shelling machine should be selected in the 350r/min.Design-Expert is used to design the tests.The test results shows that Optimal combination of kernel breakage rate of Silihong peanut and Baisha peanut and threshing rate of peanut sheller are groove type nylon hitting parts(d=30mm),and the speed is 351.59r/min and 345r/min;concave sieve-hit element space is 11 mm and 16.5mm,the concave sieve spacing is 8mm and 11.75 mm.The damage rates of peanut are 1.19% and 1.01%.The peeling rate of peanut sheller are 99.07% and 99.13%.
