In view of the increasing peanut acreage,the low peel rate and high nut breaking rate of peanut shelling in China,this paper has improved the design of hull shelling of existing peanut shells,in other words,helical iron pole,and through the test compared analysis is conducted.In the course of the experiment,the ratio of humidity control,the speed of the pole,the distance between the bar and the bar as the factors were used to design the four varieties of red peanut and large white peanut varieties respectively.Through the test results and analysis,the optimum combination of four kinds of peanut shelling machine is that the optimal combination of four peanuts is 15%,the speed of the rod is 320 r / min,the distance between the bar and the pole is 13 mm,the average disintegration rate is about 99.48%;the average damage rate is about 0.9%;the optimal combination of peanut is 10%,the bar thread speed is 320 r / min,the distance between the bar and the pole is 14 mm,the average off rate of 99.37%;and the average damage rate of 0.92% or so.And then this paper designed by the helical iron pole is used to compare the experimental study.The results showed that the average disintegration rate of four peanut varieties was about 99.91% and the breakage rate was about 0.54%.The average peel rate of peanut varieties was about 99.92%,the damage rate was about 0.59% The test index of the striking part of the peanut shelling machine is obviously better than that of the iron sleeve.The results of this paper show that the spiral peanut shelling machine is more suitable for the actual production than the iron sleeve peanut shelling machine,and has played a practical role in the design of the peanut shelling machine shell,But also provides a theoretical basis for the development of peanut shelling machinery.
