288 one-day Ross broilers were randomly allocated to 8 treatments with 6 replicates and 5 birds for each. The birds were feed with basal diet (control group) and seven treatment diets supplemented with BL(2×109CFU/kg), XOS(150mg/kg), LA( 0.10﹪), BL(2×109CFU/kg)+ XOS(150mg/kg), BL(2×109CFU/kg)+ LA( 0.10﹪), XOS(150mg/kg) + LA( 0.10﹪), BL(2×109CFU/kg)+XOS(150mg/kg)+LA( 0.10﹪) to study the effects of BL, XOS, LA on the performance intestinal micro flora, antioxidant activity, meat quality and mucosal or phology of broilers.The results were as follows:1,Except for the lactic acid group, the daily gain increased by 0.50%, 5.59%, 9.25%, 7.54%, 6.89%, 0.82% compared with the control group, Xylooligosaccharides + lactic acid group has significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05) ; xylooligosaccharides + lactic acid group, three kinds of additive combination group showed significant differences in feed intake compared with the control group (P≤0.05), there are certain interaction effects; the experimental group decreased feed conversion of 9.95%, 9.47%, 5.21%, 6.63%, 8.53%, 8.05%, 8.05% compared with the control group, of which Bacillus licheniformis + Xylooligosaccharides group and the control group there was a significant difference (P <0.01); the experimental group gained weight of 1.59%, 1.91%, 2.75%, 4.31%, 7.22%, 0.96%, 4.07% compared with the control group ,,of which Bacillus licheniformis + lactic acid group and three kinds of additives, co-operation group and the control group were significantly different compared (P <0.05), showing a degree of interaction effect.2,Compared with the control group, the experiment groups in habited the Bacillus coli and enhanced the Bifid bacterium in the entire trial period , but the difference was not significant (p>0.05).3,Compared with the control group, the experiment increased the villus height of jejunum, but the difference was not significant (p>0.05). The experiment groups were lower the crypt depth of jejunum, but the difference was not significant (p>0.05).The VH/CD of jejunum of experiment groups is in creased, without any significance.4,Intestinal pH was reduced in Bacillus licheniformis, xylo-oligosaccharides and lactic acid added groups than control group. For the 23d chickens, Xylooligosaccharides influence of duodenal pH, significantly (P <0.01), muscle, stomach and duodenum pH were significantly affected by lactic acid (P <0.05). For the 43d broiler, lactic acid has great influence on pH value of 43d ileum (P <0.05), and has significant influence on musclular stomach, cecal pH value (P≤0.01).There is a tendency of increasing length of intestine between Bacillus licheniformis, xylo-oligosaccharides, lactic acid added groups and control group. Bacillus licheniformis has significant effect on the length of 23d duodenum (P <0.01), and greatly affect the length of 23d ileum (P <0.05).There is a tendency of increasing weight of digestive tract between Bacillus licheniformis, xylo-oligosaccharides, lactic acid added groups and control group. Bacillus licheniformis has significant effect on the 23d muscular stomach weight (P <0.05),increased by 4.18%. The effect of lactic acid on the 23d proventriculus was significantly (P <0.05), increased by 7.29%. The three kinds of additive combination group has a significant influnence on 43d cecal weight (P = 0.01).5,Compared with the control group, the experimental group reduced abdominal fat by 28.92%, 25.00%, 23.04%, 20.59%, 26.96%, 24.02%, 30.88%, respectively. Effect of Bacillus licheniformis + Xylooligosaccharides combination group and three kinds of additive combination group on broiler abdominal fat was significant (P <0.05); Each test group 23d of serum cholesterol decreased by 2.55%, 11.61%, 9.29%, 17.98%, 11.79%, 11.79%, 16.09 %, respectively, compared with the control group,.Xylo-oligosaccharides significantly reduced blood cholesterol levels in broilers (P <0.01). The 43d serum cholesterol of each group were decreased by 28.45%, 26.49%, 8.46%, 14.96%, 19.62%, 18.15%, 22.75%, respectively. Bacillus licheniformis group, Xylooligosaccharides group, Bacillus licheniformis + Xylooligosaccharides group and three kinds of additive combination group was significantly lower cholesterol level in chicken blood (P <0.01).6,Compared with the control group, the relative weight of thymus increased 29.86% ,20.89%, 26.27%, 13.73%, 31.64%, 42.09%, 68.95% in 23d. The optimized option was combination of the three additives (P <0.05). 43d relative weight of thymus increased 43.51%, 36.82%, 49.79%, 53.56%, 51.05%, 48.12%, 18.83%, respectively. Bacillus licheniformis group, Xylooligosaccharides combination group and three groups were significantly different (P <0.05).The relative weight of spleen in xylooligosaccharides + lactic acid group of the results slightly lower than the control group, other groups in the 23d increased by 7.06%, 14.12%, 8.24%, 8.24%, 35.29%, 24.71%,respectively. Bacillus licheniformis + lactic acid group has significant difference (P <0.05). A tendency of increased 43d spleen immune organ index was observed in three kinds of additive combination group, the difference was not significant.The relative weight of bursa of fabricius increased in the test groupp than control group during the trial period , but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group SOD values increased by 17.21%, 3.52%, 5.07%, 18.46%, 32.12%, 20.53%, 19.67%,respectively. SOD value in interactive use of the three aditives group was significantly different (P <0.05).7,40m, the highest pH exist in lactic acid group, increased 5.54% than the control group, influence the pH value of chicken meat (P = 0.058). 24h, either individually add Xylooligosaccharides, Bacillus licheniformis, lactic acid, or combination, are increased broiler meat pH, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group drip loss decreased by 36.33%, 18.69%, 18.69%, 26.98%, 18.87%, 26.27%, 38.27%,respectively. Bacillus licheniformis group, Xylooligosaccharides group + Lactic Acid Bacillus licheniformis combination group and three aditive combination groups reached a significant level (P <0.01).Xylo-oligosaccharides, Bacillus licheniformis, lactic acid added group has no significant effect on the broiler L~*, a~*, b~* values.
