This paper takes Xinjiang Almond Cultivars as a researchful object. scanning electron microscope, style in vitro and fluorescent microscope is used to study on Pollen Morphology,Pollination Compatibility and the part of pollen tubes stop growing. The major results were summarized as follows:1. The pollens of'Yingzui',Dashitou','267',101'are the middle size(25~50μm), others belong to the big size(50-100μm).The above cultivars are with tricolporate pollen grains. The shape of the pollen grains vary from subspheroidal to ultra-prolate, most of them are prolate. There are quite difference from the surface of Amb. The polar of pollens are cirque. All the polleb have three colporates. The Exine Sculpture of pollens are striate. Some of striations are parallel, Some of striations are intervein. There are More and less punctures on surface of some pollens.2.'Shuangguo'is the best in self combination.'Shuangguo',Zhipi','Make'have highest Pollination compatible in cross combination.3. The set percentage of 5 Almond cultivars are 9.82%-33.56%. The set percentage ofopen-pollination with bees is 10% higher than the set percentage of open-pollination. The set percentage of self-pollination of'Shuangguo'is 23.75%,better than the other 4 cultivars. The set percentage of'Shuangguo'x'Zhipi'is 68.09%. It's the highest in cross combination. The result of 4 cultivars'set percentages are: cross-pollination> open-pollination with bees> open-pollination> self-pollination.4. All the Pollens are germinating on the stigma. After pollinated 24h-48h, the pollen tubes of cross-combination grow into an ovary. The pollen tubes of self-combination stop grow in 1/3 of style. The result shows the part which stopped the pollen tubes is on the top of style. The different pollinations make the different growth of pollen tubes.
