| There were 9 vegetable soybeans with different colors selected for field experiment in this study to research on their soluble sugar, fat, soluble protein and vitamin C dynamic accumulation. And the content of amino acids, tocopherol, and mineral elements were also compared among them. The influence of spraying fertilization K, Fe on the accumulation and dynamic of the biochemical materials were studied as well. The results showed:1. There were large differences between primary nutrients content of different color vegetable soybeans. Content of soluble sugar, vitamin C, a-tocopherol, total tocopherol, total amino acids from high to low in order, green> yellow> brown soybean varieties; fat content of brown soybean is the highest.Zn content of S951-3-3 was the highest, and the lowest was green KS3; while Fe content of KS3 was the highest. Both of them can be used for rich microelements varieties breeding.2. Soluble sugar accumulation in earlier stage of pod development increased slowly, then, increased rapidly in the middle stage, and the content also reduced.Fat content of all soybeans increased continuously from the podding stage, and got the maximum in the final harvest time. Fat accumulation dynamic of yellow, green soybean was the same, the greatest growth was after the middle stage; the trend of fat accumulation was different between brown soybean, largest growth presented at the early pod development stage for Japan Zhidou, while Brown 1 at the late stage.Soluble protein accumulated slowly at early development stage, but increased rapidly after middle period, and reached maximum when harvested. Vitamin C in fresh pods of same soybean had little change in development period; the highest content appeared at early stage and then dropped slowly.3. Foliar fertilization impact on plant biological characters. Foliar fertilizer K, Fe can increase plant height, effective branch number and the chlorophyll content; and had no significant effect on plant lodging. Foliar spraying K, Fe enhanced the nutrients accumulation in seeds; increases soluble sugar, soluble protein and fat content.Spraying Fe can increase vitamin C content significantly; treatment of K and K+ Fe mixture spraying increases the content of amino acids, microelement Fe significantly. While treatment of Fe and K+Fe mixture spraying can significantly increase the content of each tocopherol isomers, total tocopherol amount, microelement Zn. Foliar spraying fertilization had no apparent effect on Ca and K contents. |
