This paper studied the effect of different store methods to Heritiera littoralis and Cerbera manghas seeds germination, and based on fertilizing Thespesia populnea and Cerbera manghas by different N, P and K proportion to study physiology indexes like growth yield in seedling stage, biomass, photosynthetic character, chlorophyll,nitrate reductase and root vitality el al., also change rule of mineral elements in the leafs. Then it educed the best fertilizer proportion in the seedling stage to Thespesia populnea and Cerbera manghas. All the researches provide scientific gist to three species of semi-mangrove's seeds store, management in seedling stage in the production practice, and have important sense to improve stand productivity. Research conclusion is as below:By sand store at room temperature, Heritiera littoralis and Cerbera manghas is researched on germination. The results are that:germination vigor of Heritiera littoralis seeds by sand stored at normal temperature is highest, the sprout has best orderliness;lowest and worst by coconut store. The germination of Heritiera littoralis seeds by coconut store can last longest(105 days),48 days by sand store (45% shorter than the former). For Cerbera manghas seeds, the highest germination vigor and best orderliness is also by sand stored at normal temperature, the lowest germination vigor and worse orderliness is by dry store at normal tempareture. The germination of Cerbera manghas seeds by coconut store can last 72 days,41 days by sand store (43% shorter than the former). T value made between three store methods on Heritiera littoralis and Cerbera manghas seeds, it shows that both the germination rate by dry store have vary significant difference from coconut store and sand store at normal temperatures.Orthogonal design with three factors and levels have made in the test on fertilizing in different proportion of N,P,K.Disposal D (N2P1K2) made significant different in Heritiera littoralis' seedling height, ground diameter, leaf quantity, chlorophyll content, root vitality, Nitrate reductase, N content in the leafs, so it's a better proportion for upper indexes. Disposal F (N2P3K1) has so significant effect in root, stalk and leaf's dry weight that it's a better proportion for the three indexes. Heritiera littoralis has fastest net photosynthetic speed, most P and K content in leafs by disposal E (N2P2K3),B (N1P2K2) and G (N3P1K3). For Cerbera manghas, disposal D (N2P1K2) made significant different in seedling height, leaf area, leaf and root's dry weight;and disposal B (N1P2K2) made its leaf quantity, P and K content significant different.The nutrient stress test shows that:Heritiera littoralis is sensitive to element N for it's a essential factor of growth and physiology indexes such as N content in the leafs, chlorophyll content, Nitrate reductase, seedling height, ground diameter et al., also its influence greater than P and K. And the essential factor of P content in the leafs, root, stalk and leaf's dry weight and root vitality is element P;element K made significant different in K content in leafs and stalk moisture.It's not prominent that which play a leading role of three nutrient elements in Cerbera manghas's nutrient stress test.Therefore, the proportion of three nutrients elements N, P, K can be changed to adapt the needed indexes in the production practice, according to their different needs.
