Effect Of Store Condition And Chymistry Treatment On Seeds Germination Of Allium Mongolium Regel.

The thesis used the seeds of allium mongolicum as materials and studied the influence of different store temperature, packing material and germination temperature on seed germination of Allium mongolicum Regel. of two ecotypes picked from Teng Geli desert and Mao Wusu desert and effects of different chymistry treatment on the seed Germination.The results were as follows:1. The right germination temperature regimes was at 10/20℃～15/25℃of alternating temperature and 10℃～25℃of constant temperature. Constant temperature had the advantage over alternating temperature to seed germination. In conclusion, the optimal germination temperature was 15～20℃.2. The value of germination indexes was room temperature store>cold storage>freezing store ordinally. That indicated under room temperature condition, the higher germination indexes got, the quickly seed lost vigor. However, cold storage and freezing store helped to preserve seed long, and freezing store was better between them.3. The value of germination indexes was sandbag>paper bag>silver paper bag, namely, seed packed with sandbag was foremost begin to germination which was bad to preserve seed long. But paper bag and silver paper bag helped to preserve seed long, and silver paper bag was better between them.4. Results proved that the effect of store temperature on seed germination was more than packing material and their mutual action.5. The best germination temperature for seeds from Mao Wusu desert and Teng Geli desert were 15℃and 20℃respectively.6. the 5 min soaking time treatments of H2SO4 could enhance the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds and the value was 39% ; the concentration of 15% (w/w) PEG for 6h was the optimal group, with the germination of 60% ; the effect of GA3 treatments on germination was not obvious ; any treatments could not break dormancy of Allium mongolicum seeds.The thesis screened out prime store manner to provide some references about cultivating allium mongolicum and production practices. Simultaneity, the study mad sure the optimal germination temperature not only in order to offer trusty ecological evidence of vegetation restoration and rebuildment in arid area but also to supply basal information about protecting and investigating germ plasm resources of hungriness plants in arid area.
