In this experiment,30 wild Eremochloa ophiuroides germplasm resources were collected from Hunan province as research material. The genetic diversity of these materials had been studied from morphological and molecular level. The main research fruits wents as follows:1,Using the shape target to carries the heredity multiplicity analysis of 30 Hunan wild Eremochloa ophiuroides germplasm resources indicated:the variation of 30 germplasm resources appeared in 12 characters, in which root system depth, the leaf area, length of leaves-hair, the stem color and the leaf color, the variation all achieve above 20%.2,The correlation analysis on shape indicated that, the height of leaf layer altitude with the color of the leaves and other 7 observation character, except the width of leaves, the node diameter of erect stem, the root system depth, outside the stem color, assumes extremely remarkable is being connected or the inverse correlation, the value scope separately between -0.791~0.803 and-0.772~0.793.
