Burley is a typical air-cured tobacco, burley tobacco drying system is the technical aspects of production, but also the weak link in burley tobacco production. This study by Burley modulation process affecting leaf quality of nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar and reducing sugar and other major changes of chemical composition analysis, and through the degradation of chloroplast pigments and catalytic enzyme changes in their physiological Analysis of Health reaction, Discovery amylase, starch, total soluble sugar, chloroplast pigments, respiration rate, specific leaf weight, moisture content and so on with the curing process of decline, the decline in various types of chloroplast pigment is chla> chl> chlb> CTK, including reducing sugar trend is the yellowing period and dry period of rapid decline in muscle; Nicotine was the general upward trend in the initial stage drying system is a large increase in the relative content of nicotine in the period before the end of a decrease; the relative content of total nitrogen and protein in Italy the trend is declining, during the drying system, a slight increase in potassium content; amylase activity decreased faster time lag in starch, with starch content is closely related to dynamic; Peroxidase (POD) in the 3d and 6d when the double-peak; polyphenol oxidase (PPO) is increased with the curing process of the double-peak curve, the enzyme activity, mainly in 6d after the period of leaf browning, and with is closely related to the dynamics of polyphenols. All of the above curing period activity and the dynamics of both types of substances may be related to leaf water content decreased gradually. Curing at the end of each leaf starch, total soluble sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, protein, nicotine, potassium content and chla/chlb and chl/CTK ratio are suitable for chemical composition of burley tobacco in the high-quality range of indicators, the confirmation of existing local production technology and drying system specifications practical.
