Via farmland test to research different method of straw into farmland(straw was crushed into farmland, straw was crushed+HM bacterium mixture into farmland; straw was covered,15 days before transplant that all framland was covered straw; straw was covered,15days before transplant that just the top of framland was covered straw, the framland all were covered straw when it is transplanting; terra film cover was planted as local general mode) will effect the tobacco's land and quality of apical in the same ecotope. The result as below:1. the different method of straw into farmland and corresponding comparison for farmland tobacco and terra tobacco that all can be debase soil capacity, increase soil degree of porosity, increase soil moisture content, general effect is the best way of farmland tobacco is straw crushed into farmland and terra tobacco is 15 days before trasplant that all land was covered by straw.2. the different method of straw into farmland for farmland tobacco and terra tobacco all can be increased organic matter, humus and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content in soil. On the same time, made azote content little higher than control treatment, but the difference quite. After transplanted 75D, the quick-break kalium content of each soiltreatment were reached max.3. The period of duration of Farmland tobacco and terra tobacco have inordinately more advance than comparison, this maybe caused by using straw and cover film treatment was affected the physicochemical properties of tobacoo's soil, consequently was affected the speed of tabacco's growing development.4. Compare farmland tobacco and terra tobacco, look from the straw different using time, stem lenght in the transplanted 35days to decapitation this period and leaf area coefficient, all were higher than comprison, even take T3 higher.5. The different method of straw into farmland in three testing point were reflected different influence for output, rate of top and mid tobacco and equal price(form 17). Look from output, terra tabacco T5 is the highest, was reached 3808.76kg·hm-2, next is T4, was reached 3755.82kg·hm-2. farmland tobacco T1 tiptop is 3416.12 kg·hm-2. Look from rate of top and mid tobacco, farmland tobacco T4 tiptop is 97.06%, terra tobacco T5 tiptop is 77.83%. Look from rate of top tobacco, farmland tobacco T1 tiptop is 60.63%, next is T4, was reached 52.55%, separate higher 11.98%,3.9% than comparison. Terra tobacco T4 tiptop was reached 32.95%.6. in the treatment of farmland tobacco and terra tobacco, the highest total sugar content of tobacco leaf is farmland tobacco T6 treament 38.58%, the lowest is terra T6 treatment 20.02%, within logical range, and other all guideline were reached back tobacco high quality aim. So, for farmland and terra tobacco, whether is straw crushed into farmland or straw covered, all can be not effect the chemical composition in tobacco leaf, and not effect the whole quality also.7. farmland tobacco and terra tobacco,based on sucking quality to judge, farmland tobacco Average score take T1 and T6 quite high, terra tobacco take T5 quite high. Different method for using straw face to judge sucking quality for mid tobacco different.
