| In Luoning Henan,Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of different mulching methods on the conditon of ridge plough layer soil moisture and temperature,dynamic change of the rhizosphere soi1 nutrient, microbe and enzyme activity, growth conditiono of plant, quality of flue-cured tobacco. Proper mulching method was put forward. The results were as following:(1) Effects of the dynamic change of different mulching methods on the content of ridge plough layer soil moistureAll treatments compare with natural planting showed more or less water-saving effect at the all growth stage.The effect of no-removing treatment was the best,T The effect of water storage and moisture conservation of the treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco, and straw covered after Uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage was remarkable at the all growth stage.(2) Effects of the dynamic change of different mulching methods on the content of ridge plough layer soil temperatureNo-removing treatment could increased soil temperature in the early plant growth stag. The effect of increaseing soil temperature of no-removing treatment wasn't remarkable in the late plant growth stag.. the treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco, and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage decreased soil temperature.but the change of soil temperature was stable at the all growth stage,which promoted normal growth of root.(3) Effects of the dynamic change of different mulching methods on the content of the soil microbe in rhizosphereThe results showed that all treatments compare with natural planting could obviously more or less increase the number of the microbe during the whole period except the N-fixing bacteria, The method that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco, and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage was propitious to the multiplication and stabilization of microbial population in rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco. Especially,the effect was remarkable after budding time. The growth and reproduction of the microbe of no-removing treatment compare with natural planting were extremely unstable at the all growth stage. The effect of increaseing the number of the removing treatment fungi of the treatment the was most obvious.(4) Effects of the dynamic change of different mulching methods on the content of the soil nutrient soil enzyme activity in rhizosphereResults showed: covers cultivation treatments compared with natural planting could obviously More or less increase the content of the soi1 alkali-hydrolyzable N, available P, available K, organic mater and the activities of urease, invertase, catalase in rhizosphere during the whole period ; The method that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after Uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage whose change of soi1 nutrient in rhizosphere conformed to the laws of the requirement for fertilizer during the whole period. the elevation of catalase activity in rhizosphere abated the damage of H2O2 to the plant growth of flue-cured tobacco.The change of activities of urease and invertase in rhizosphere was not only propitious to the transformation and absorption of the soil nutrient at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco, but also to the normal maturation and harvesting of flue-cured tobacco.(5) Effects of different mulching methods on physiological character of flue-cured tobaccoCovers cultivation treatments compared with natural planting could obviously promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco. Before the 37th day after transplanting, the agronomic characters of no-removing treatment was better than removing treatments and the treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film. But the agronomic characters of the treatmentthat plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film was better than no-removing and removing treatments after vigorous growing stage. In the lump physiological character of the treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film was better.(6) Effects of different mulching methods on quality of flued-tobaccoThe treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film ,whose content of total sugar and reducing sugar of the was fewer than the orther treatments, nearest the the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of high-quality flue-cured tobacco.The treatment that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stag of flue-cured tobacco and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film was beneficial to raising the content of K flue-cured tobacco.The orther chemical composition was suitable(7) Effects of different mulching methods on economic efficiency of flued-tobaccoThe growth and development of tobacco plant were in good order due to the keeping warm and water-saving of mulching film at the early plant growth stag. straw covered at the late plant growth stage let soil be free of rain slapping and scouring.
