This study was conducted to test the effect of dietary supplementation with bacillus subtilis preparation on growth performance, and explore the feasibility of antibiotic by bacillus subtilis preparation in weanling piglets.Expt.1:The effect of dietary supplementation with antibiotic or not was tested on growth performance in weanling piglets, and bacillus subtilis preparation that instead of antibiotic optimized in this Expt.Part1, In order to study the effect of bacillus subtilis on growth performance in piglets. Be based on the study, the bacillus subtilis were applied in pig husbandry.204 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire pigs with an average initial body weight (BW) of 30kg were allotted to four treatments:①basal diet (200-1);②basal diet+100g bacillus subtilis(200-2);③basal diet+20g bacillus subtilis(200-3);④basal diet+500g bacillus subtilis (200-4. The results showed that:ADG of basal diet+500g bacillus subtilis (200-4) was highest, was 760.69g. ADFI of basal diet+20g bacillus subtilis (200-3) was maximum, was 1711.11g, basal diet+500g bacillus subtilis (200-4) a litter lower. FCR of basal diet+500g bacillus subtilis (200-4) was minimum, was 2.27, basal diet +100g bacillus subtilis (200-2) and basal diet+20g bacillus subtilis-(200-3), higher than 200-4. The group of control was rated the gloomiest. The price versus performance ratio of the four group was 200-4> 200-3> 200-2> 200-1 (P>0.05), the diarrhea rate of group four was 2.10%, group three was 1.22%, group four two was 1.48%, group four one was 4.38%, it was the worst on the ability of diarrhea. The effect of skin color improving agent was 200-2>200-4=200-3>200-1. So, considering with ADG,cost of growing 1kg, color pattern, the group of 200-4 was optimum. But considering of diarrhea,200-4 was optimum.Part 2, The simple factor design of experiment was applied in order to select a optimum bacillus subtilis from A, B, C, D. Growrh performance and diarrhea rate were tested in this part. Pigs were allotted to four treatments①basal diet+A;②basal diet+ B;③basal diet+C;④basal diet+D; The results showed that:A increased ADG control with C was higher 21.28%(P>0.05); A increased ADF control with B was higher 14.09%(P>0.05); The suggested that bacillus subtilis of A had formidable ability to excrete proteinase, lipase, amylase, retrogradate xylanase, pectin, carboxymethyl cellulose, polygalacturonic acid and other complex carbohydrase of plant. Bacillus subtilis could improve the efficiency of feed utilization. Group B with a diarrhea frequency of 0.5% was minimum in group four.In Expt.2, The simple factor design of experiment was applied in order to study the optimum dosage of bacillus subtilis. And study the effect of bacillus subtilis instead of antibiotic on growth performance and immune function in weanling piglets. The study was conducted to weanling piglets. Pigs were allotted to four treatments (4 replicates/treatment and 1 pig/replicate half boar and half sow) including:①10mg/kg bacillus subtilis;②20mg/kg bacillus subtilis;③30mg/kg bacillus subtilis;④200mg/kg avilamycin; The results showed that:(1) 10mg/kg bacillus subtilis increased ADG control with 200mg/kg avilamycin (P<0.05); (2)10mg/kg bacillus subtilis reduced ADF control with 200mg/kg avilamycin (P<0.05); (3) the LDH of the group added 30mg/kg bacillus subtilis was lower than compairision group (P<0.05); (4)the level of IgG of the group added 30mg/kg bacillus subtilis was higher than compairision group (P<0.05); (5)the level of IgG of the group added 20mg/kg and 30mg/kg bacillus subtilis were higher than compairision group (P<0.05)。Compared with control group, the LDH the groups added bacillus subtilis was lower, the level of IgA was higher。In summary, suitable bacillus subtilis have a identical growth performance and immune function with antibiotics, and dietary supplementation with bacillus subtilis instead of antibiotics is feasible.
