This paper is composed by two test structure, include nutritional value evaluation of jujube powder and Study of Application of Jujube powder in Laying Hens Diet, the purpose is to determine the jujube powder factor in the feasibility of application of the feed, by means of measuring the date powder factor in the application effect of diet is to discuss the appropriate amount added.Experiment one: Nutritional value evaluation of jujube powder.Through the regular nutrient analysis, determination of the date powder nutrient content is: DM 93.3%,CP 6.91%, EE 6.72%,CF 10.42%, ash 3.33%, Ca 0.34%,P 0.17%.16 Hy-line roosters whose average weight is 1.5kg were divided into 2 groups with 4 replications of 4 birds each. This experiment adopt traditional digestive rate calculating method to determine the conventional nutritive AME and Metabolism rate of contentional nutrition of Jujube powder . The Metabolism rate of DM, CP, Ca and TP and metabolizable energy of jujube powder is: 48.08%、39.79%、23.31% and 14.17 MJ/Kg.Experiment two: Study of Application of Jujube powder in Laying Hens DietHy-line laying hens(420 days 480)were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 5 replications per group and 16 hens per replication. The control group(groupⅠ) was fed with basal diets, and the testing group was fed with basic diets with date powder replacement respectively 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% of the corn. Pretest period was 7 days and experimental period was 74 days. The main results were showed as follows:(1) Laying hens diet added with Jujube powder has no significant effect on ratio of feed to egg, broken (soft) eggshell rate and death rate(P>0.05); Compared with the control, groupⅡ~Ⅵincreased feed intake by 2.69% (P>0.05), 2.26% (P>0.05), 3.01%(P>0.05), 3.57% (P<0.05), 5.28% (P<0.01);groupⅡ,Ⅲreduced egg production rate by 0.1% (P>0.05),0.72% (P>0.05), and groupⅣ,Ⅳ,Ⅵincreased laying rate by 1.82% (P>0.05), 5.86% (P<0.01), 6.75% (P<0.01); groupⅡ~Ⅵincreased day-egg yields by 1.34% (P>0.05), 4.39% (P>0.05), 2.51% (P>0.05), 6.93% (P<0.01), 9.14% (P<0.01); groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅳ,Ⅵaverage egg weight were increased by 1.39% (P > 0.05), 5.13% (P < 0.05), 1.46% (P > 0.05), 1.35% (P > 0.05), 2.19% (P > 0.05).(2) In this experiment condition, layer diet added appropriate date powder had no significant influence on General egg quality (P > 0.05), but significantly reduce the cholesterol content in egg yolk. GroupⅡ~Ⅵis lowered than the control group cholesterol content in egg yolk respectively 7.00% (P<0.05),5.66% (P<0.05), 11.77% (P<0.01), 11.40% (P<0.01),15.72% (P<0.01).(3) Layer diet added Jujube powder had different effect on the apparent digestibility layers. Compared with the control, groupⅢof crude protein digestion rate significantly increased (P < 0.01), and the other group had no significant difference (P > 0.05); groupⅥimproved the apparent digestive rate of calcium, phosphorus significantly (P < 0.05), and the other group had no significant difference (P > 0.05).(4) Jujube powder in diet may improve GLU content in serum for layers,Ⅲ~Ⅲgroup serum GLU content is extremely significant higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01); Serum UA content is decreased,groupⅣ,Ⅳand VI set up a very significant level (P<0.01); The contents of TP, ALB and GLB were very significant increased in serum (P<0.01); The TC content in serum were reduced, VI is significantly lower than the control groups (P<0.05); The TG content in serum were reduced(P<0.05), groupⅢ~Ⅲcompared with the control group have very significant differences (P<0.01); Compared with the control group, groupⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣLDL-C content were reduced by 24.76% (P < 0.01), 38.82% (P < 0.01), 5.83% (P > 0.05), groupⅣ,ⅢLDL-C content were increased by 30.14% (P<0.01),40.00% (P<0.01); The contents of HDL-C in serum were increased, groupⅣ,Ⅲhad very significant differences between the control group (P<0.01); The total antioxidant capacity is significantly improved (P<0.05) ,it has extremely significant difference between groupⅢand control group (P<0.01); the SOD and GSH-Px activity were improved, groupⅢGSH-Px activity is very significant difference between control group (P<0.01); the content of MDA in serum were significantly reduced (P<0.05), groupⅣ,Ⅲcompared with the control group have very significant differences (P<0.01); There is an increase of serum IgG and IgA level in trend, groupⅢthe content of IgG in serum is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05) .(5) Added Jujube powder can increase economic efficiency, groupⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅳ,Ⅵwere improved by 98.82, 56.12, 169.49 and 205.51 yuan than the control group.General factors to consider, when jujube powder used in diet of 10%, the comprehensive effect is the best.
